„Unfortunately, the staff forgot my swipe card so I needed to call them and they came within 10 minutes to give me my card (as I was checking in late). My luggage was kept safely and waiting for me next to my room. Only two others were in the room that night so it was good value for money. The kitchen was slightly cleaner this time round. I'd happily stay here again if I visit the Outback/Alice Springs. Thank you. 🙏”

Rooms lovely with modern bathroom. Easily located to Litchfield National Park Beautiful temperature in the hotel pool nice place to relax at the end of day. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious we enjoyed all food including barramundi, Snapper, Burger as well as delicious chocolate pudding and before departing this morning a wrap, bacon and egg sandwich and bacon eggs and mushroom and a delicious iced coffee. The Staff were very informative, helpful and pleasant to be around making our our morning start and evenings relaxed and enjoyable. I would like to specifically mention Angela your bright happy and helpful demeanour is a credit to you and I suggested to my daughter if she ever found herself in a customer service role to be like you. Well done on creating such a lovely environment.

The air conditioning in the room was fixed at one temperature and couldn't be adjusted. They only provided a thin sheet as a blanket, which made the room quite cold. We requested an extra blanket, but it was old and worn, so we ended up buying a cheap one from a supermarket. Be aware that loud music plays until 11 PM. Also, the TV in the room didn't have a remote control.

I think the room is very good. There are various large and small cups, plates and bowls, knife and fork in the house. It is very convenient to use various tools. Whether it is cooking by yourself or something, and this 2 kilometers walk to the museum. It is very convenient to go to the supermarket to buy things. , then eat swimming pool, there is a restaurant inside the hotel to call a taxi and the web to the airport is also very convenient, in short, it is cheap and good

After a long day of driving, we arrived at the place because we just needing a place to sleep for the night. It’s basic, as expected, but at least it was clean. The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, and a private bathroom. It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.

100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.

The check in experience was not good. Room was fully paid for but had to provide credit card even though I don't have one. Desk clerk made it quite clear that any damage would need to be paid for. why, because I am Aboriginal (he did not say this but it was clear in his attitude). He also mentioned about guests. for a company that makes a substantial amount of money from the Aboriginal community it is sad that you have prejudiced people welcoming guests.
