I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Caoye Ziyou Hostel and had a truly wonderful, five-star experience. Its location is absolutely unbeatable, situated right near the Jingdezhen People Square and within the beautiful Taoyangli Scenic Area. This made exploring the city's key attractions, especially the ceramic culture sites, incredibly easy and convenient. Key Highlights: • Prime Location: Being in the Taoyangli Scenic Area means you step out right into a charming environment with local shops and historical ambiance. It's a fantastic base for sightseeing and soaking up the local atmosphere. • Comfortable & Unique Vibe: The hostel itself has a lovely, artistic, and relaxed atmosphere. It's well-maintained and feels very cozy. The common areas are great for relaxing and meeting other travelers. • Cleanliness: My room (or the general facilities) was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-cared for. • Friendly Staff: The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They offered great local tips for dining and transportation, which significantly enhanced my trip. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! I highly recommend the Caoye Ziyou Hostel! For anyone visiting Jingdezhen, especially those interested in the history and art of ceramics, this hostel offers an excellent blend of convenience, comfort, and unique local charm. It's great value for money and a truly memorable place to stay.

The hotel has a good location, about 3 kilometers from Wunüzhou. A Didi ride from the high-speed rail station costs about 10 yuan, and the same goes for Wunüzhou. There are buses a few hundred meters away from the hotel that go directly to Wunüzhou. The landlady is also very friendly. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, she upgraded my room to a lower floor for free. The hotel was also very clean.

The staff at the hostel was very kind and helped me with my luggage. I stayed 7 nights so I feel that I was able to make a fair assessment. The hostel was clean overall and well taken care of. There was no smoke odor in the room which made the stay more pleasant. My only complaint is that the hostel did not provide a foot mat for the shower in the private rooms which I feel is very dangerous as someone can slip and fall while coming out of the shower. Most hostels also provide water bottles for the private rooms but this one did not. The amenities are very basic but the attitude and service is good which is why I would return.

The place was very clean and close to the scenic area. The owners, a husband and wife, were also very friendly and welcoming. The food they cooked was reasonably priced and delicious. The only downside was that there were graves right behind the house, very close by. I was startled when I opened the window. In the end, I negotiated with the owners to change to a room closer to the front, which had better sunlight, but I had to pay extra.

I rarely write reviews, but I really want to write something about this youth hostel. I hope that this place that can give us warmth and the strength to start anew can continue to exist so gently. An Bar is located by the Le'an River. When I first saw it, it felt a bit old. A short white wall surrounds a courtyard. The houses in the courtyard are scattered in height. The tallest building has a two-story gatehouse style building with typical Anhui-style eaves. There are a few weeds growing on the top of the eaves. It's a little dilapidated, but it also adds to the ancient feel of the yard. A big ”shore” character stands directly above the eaves. There are many rooms in the house, and the guest rooms are all on the second floor. Entering the long corridor, with green walls on both sides, it looks like a college apartment. Suddenly, it seems like traces of time are pouring in. Whether you are a student or not, you will feel inexplicably friendly. The house near the yard, whether it is a single room or not, has a small balcony. There is a hanging chair on the balcony, hung with star-shaped lanterns that will light up at night; the banana leaves in the yard are stretched out, and on a rainy night, you can wrap yourself in the hanging chair and listen to the song ”Rain hits the banana...” There is also a large public balcony on the second floor, and the first floor is equipped with a living room for watching TV, a small study room and a tea room with large floor-to-ceiling windows. In the afternoon of early winter, the sun can shine in the teahouse until half past four, and then it gradually disappears into the distant bridge... The public activity area of ​​the entire youth hostel is very large. There are not many guests in the current season. As long as you are in a relaxed mood, you can spend several sunny days in this small courtyard and the riverside outside the door, and you will not feel bored. . There is a large stone monument standing by the river, which records the unprecedented flood in 2017. This small yard was also invaded at that time... Fortunately, it has been tidied up again and stands gently again. Here, we provide every wandering, leisurely or lost traveler with a safe resting point and a light that can light up even in the dark night.

[Location] Take the subway from the train station to Honggu Middle Avenue Station. Come out of Exit 2 or 4 to find a place to eat (very convenient) and then go straight. It is easy to find the community by following the landlord's map! It's in a residential building in the community, so it's relatively safe. The subway and bus stations are very close, and it is very convenient to share electric cars on the street to go to the museum! There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs [Service & Environment] It feels like home, with sofas, TVs, balconies, and green plants. There are separate rooms for men and women, and the bathroom for girls is more secluded and cleaner. It is mixed when needed. The landlord is very nice and is always available for communication if needed. The comfortable room for 4 people faces the road, the bed is relatively comfortable, the river view room has a TV and a good view, but the bed is a little simpler. There is also a kitchen, refrigerator/microwave oven/water dispenser, which are very convenient for shopping and bringing back food without worry! Overall it is good, the equipment is complete, the price is not expensive, and the cost performance is high! Choosing roommates depends on fate!

Across the road is the entrance to the Jiangwan Scenic Area. Behind the B&B is a river, so the location is excellent. Parking at the door is convenient, the decoration facilities are new, the young people like the light luxury style, the price is affordable, the boss is enthusiastic, he will say hello when entering and leaving, and he will help with luggage when checking in and out. This is the most satisfying homestay in Jiangxi.

A small hotel with a good standard cannot have too high requirements. The price of less than 100 per day is still acceptable. The price increase during the New Year and National Day is very strong. The smell of smoke in the room is too heavy, it is estimated that others play mahjong. But the location is very good, just next to Guo'an Square is particularly lively at night!

I had a very satisfying stay. The hostel is in a great location, close to the subway station and major attractions, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The place is clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of hot water. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic and always willing to help with any issues. The common areas have a relaxed atmosphere, where you can meet like-minded people. It's excellent value for money, highly recommended.
