Byliśmy tam na Luisenfest i myśleliśmy, że było wspaniale. Wszystko w pokoju było czyste i bardzo higieniczne. Oczywiście jest to dom z 1884 roku, co oznacza, że ​​nie wszystko da się i należy odrestaurować perfekcyjnie (zepsuć). Ale to właśnie nadaje mu szczególnego uroku. Wspaniali ludzie tam pracują! Śniadanie ma wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, bez zbędnych rzeczy i kosztuje tylko 8,50 euro. Możesz zjeść śniadanie wewnątrz lub na zewnątrz, co szczególnie uwielbiam. Wi-Fi było świetne, ale zalogowało się też wiele osób. Z balkonu miałem pełny widok na festiwal.

Głównie dla: studentów/turystów. Młodzi ludzie nawiązują przyjaźnie 👫. Podobny do YMCA. Hol znajduje się na poziomie 0 G. Duży bagaż należy wnieść/wyciągnąć. Jest rampa. Naprawdę nie miły

Surprisingly large and a great breakfast! The staff were helpful. Can be a little noisy as sound carries.

During my stay, I had an unpleasant encounter at the front desk. When I asked for towels, which I believed I had paid €4 for upon arrival, the receptionist (Felix) stated that I hadn't paid and that no one else was available to help me at that moment. The payment wasn't initially checked, and I was told that no towels would be provided without payment. After I returned with my receipt, the payment was still questioned, and it was suggested that the €4 might have been for something else, like another purchase. Before contacting a colleague, he made the remark, ”You're not showering tonight anyway,” even though I hadn't mentioned showering. I found this unnecessary and uncomfortable. Only after my insistence did he contact a colleague, who explained that the €4 was for the city tax and bed linen. Once this was clarified, the issue was immediately resolved. This situation could have been cleared up from the beginning if a colleague had been contacted right away. I also observed guests being loudly addressed in common areas when house rules were enforced, and activities were stopped without explanation. While the hostel itself was nice, the style of communication made my stay unpleasant. I would not stay here again and believe that clearer and more considerate communication from the staff would significantly improve the experience.

This place is in the middle of the city centre. Such a convenient location. Its so beautiful and too good to be a hostel. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend. They do have a breakfast on the lounge and gave a 10% discount on my first drink in the bar, which i find pretty awesome.

Super friendly budget hotel, bathroom was clean and had all needed Only downside no aircon But is reflected in price for area The reception and bar people were lovely There is some vegan options , ..an outside veranda Couple minutes from train station Would for sure stay again , perhaps not during a heatwave , but it was great and aimed to make things easy for travellers, a luggage scale downstairs also.

Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the bathrooms and showers. The staff was really attentive and made our stay pleasant.
