I have to say it's the best Youth Hostel I have ever stayed in Barcelona. The location is near the guell park, compared to the other popular location, it's not noisy and really quiet at night. Everything is clean, you can a nice aroma everywhere once you enter into the hostel. They provided the locker and the key, so it's also safety. I would definitely choose it for the next time's travel in Barcelona.

Overall, a good stay with a Few Minor Issues I stayed at Safestay Barcelona Gothic from June 17–18, 2025, in a 12-bed mixed dorm. The experience was mostly positive. ✅ Pros: The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which made it easy to get around. If you have an early flight (like mine at 08:30), this is a good place to stay as you can easily reach the airport in time. The dorm, bathrooms, and common areas were all neat and clean. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. Definitely value for money. ⚠️ Cons: The check-in time listed in my confirmation email was 14:00, but they didn’t allow check-in until 15:00. This was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in the booking. Overall, it’s a decent and budget-friendly option in a central area, especially for solo or budget travellers. I would recommend it for short stays.

Breakfast is available EUR5 from 4 am, prearranged taxi to airport is available on pre booking first come first get basis. Midnight bus n17 to the airport is at the corner of the hotel accepted by T casual mobility card. An elevator is available at the hotel, highly recommended

I stayed here during my solo trip and had the best experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were so warm, friendly, and helpful — they really made me feel at home. The bathrooms were spotless and well maintained, which made such a big difference during my stay. The whole place had a really welcoming and positive vibe, and it was super easy to meet other travelers and make friends. As a solo traveler, I always look for places that feel safe and comfortable, and this hostel ticked all the boxes. The common areas were lively but relaxed, perfect for chatting, reading, or just hanging out. I left with great memories and new friends — I’d 100% recommend this hostel to anyone, especially solo travelers looking for a clean, friendly, and fun place to stay!

Świetny pobyt w tym hostelu! Hostel jest nieskazitelnie czysty, a jego uroczy, nowoczesny wystrój sprawia, że ​​jest przytulny i przyjazny. Każdy zakątek jest starannie zaprojektowany, dzięki czemu relaks w pomieszczeniach wspólnych to czysta przyjemność. Personel jest niezwykle przyjazny i pomocny – zawsze gotowy do pomocy z uśmiechem. Niektórzy pracownicy byli naprawdę przyjaźni i mili. Ale naprawdę zdenerwował mnie problem z praniem. Osoba, która wydawała się być nowym członkiem personelu, pracowała bardzo wolno i kazała ludziom długo czekać. Podobno powiedziano mi, że moje pranie będzie suche za 2–3 godziny. Ale musiałem czekać ponad 10 godzin. Na początku mówili, że jest wolno, bo sznurek na pranie jest za długi. Potem powiedział, że moje pranie nie wyschnie, bo suszarka nie działa dobrze. Powiedziałam, że chcę, aby pranie zostało zrobione szybko, ponieważ następnego dnia muszę się wymeldować, ale zajęło mi to dużo czasu. W końcu musiałam włożyć pranie do torby bez wysuszenia go i zaczęło śmierdzieć, więc musiałam je wyprać ponownie.

Останавливалась на 2 ночи в Onefam, и хочу сказать, что это идеальный вариант, когда приходишь только поспать. У меня был общий номер с 6 кроватями, и я спала на верхней полке - было очень комфортно, т.к. расстояние до потолка большое, у каждой кровати есть плотные занавески, а еще есть полочка наверху и розетка. Индивидуальное освещение на моей полке не работало, но это было некритично. У каждого также есть ящик, куда можно сложить свои вещи и закрыть на замок (замок лучше иметь свой или можно купить на месте). Мне очень понравилось, что несмотря на мой очень поздний приезд в хостел (в 3 ночи), меня встретила девушка, все объяснила и была очень милой и доброй. И расположение для меня было очень удобным тем, что я жила в районе Sans, недалеко от стадиона, где проходил концерт, ради которого я и приехала (смогла дойти пешком после концерта и не ждать вместе с толпой автобус или заходить в метро). Что нужно иметь в виду: туалет и душ общий на 4 или 5 номеров, иногда бывает нужно подождать и в душе нет косметических принадлежностей, надо иметь свои. Вот это для меня было минусом, потому что при бронировании не обратила внимание на то, что санузел общий и не думала, что будет всего одна душевая кабинка и один туалет.

I arrived on a late flight and wanted something not too far from the airport. This hostel was very reasonable priced and is a few minutes walk from the Metro station. The staff was super friendly with check in and there is a lovely terrace. The rooms have 4 bunk beds but I also noticed a double room. Locker for your things and around bed curtains for some privacy. I slept ok and left early morning before the others in the room got up. If you are looking for something cheap near the airport for a night this is great.

Thank you Lucy, Jack, and Emma for taking good care of me. This was one of the best hostels I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and invited to play beach volleyball. At night we played drinking games and had a welcome party. Then we enjoyed a pub crawl where we enjoyed VIP entrance to a couple of clubs. I would definitely stay here again. I met so many people. I had the best time. The bathrooms were sooo clean. They even cooked dinner for us for free!!! The only negative is that rooms and bathrooms were a bit small.
