„The room was clean and the hotel's security was excellent, so I felt safe during my stay. The front desk staff were also very kind and their service was excellent. On the other hand, the guest room doors felt rather flimsy, so noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms were easily audible. On the night I stayed, there was an argument between guests late at night, and I was woken up by the noise. Also, a nearby dog would sometimes bark, so if you value a quiet environment, earplugs would be reassuring. The shower water temperature was unstable depending on the time of use, and perhaps due to the water storage capacity, it sometimes felt lukewarm. Towels are provided, but amenities such as shampoo and body soap are not, and there is no hairdryer. A washing machine is available, but there is no dryer. Detergent can be purchased at a nearby store. This was convenient for long stays and doing laundry while traveling. Pros: * Room is clean * Good security * Friendly front desk staff * Towels provided * Washing machine available Cons: * Thin doors, not very soundproof * Shower water temperature unstable at times * No amenities like shampoo * No hairdryer * No dryer * Noisy guests late at night (coincidental) * Nearby dog barking can be heard sometimes Overall, considering the price, it offers great value for money and is recommended for those who prioritize cleanliness, safety, and staff service. However, the soundproofing and facilities are minimal, so if you expect hotel-level comfort, you might find it lacking. The nearby street is currently under construction.”

„Overall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot. Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas. The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot. The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso. Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.”

„I stayed in this hotel 7 days in total. I spent 3 days and 2 nights just before heading to Almaty. Once my Kazakhstan trip was over, I returned to Bishkek and booked this hostel few more days. The location is in city center and is near to bus station. Staff are friendly and helpful, more importantly they can speak English. The room is clean and it has our own huge locker. Perfect !!”

„Other than the location being a 25 minute walk away from the city center, almost everything else is excellent. From the welcoming walkthrough of the hostel by the receptionists, the cleanliness of the place, to the quality of fixtures, and the design of this co-working-cum-hostel premises, makes it all a very comfortable stay. „the location is great for travelers to walk to main sightseeing places and buy souvenirs at Tsum Dept. store and other shopping malls. its cheaper than other hostels around it. cleaning women keeps it tidy enough that i didn't feel dirty smelly at all. by Google map, its a bit hard to find it. and i hope to lend a towel for free.”
