AAnonymous UserI booked this place because I had some business in Pyeongtaek! It's newly built, so it was very clean and great. The location is very close to Pyeongtaek Station, and there's a convenience store just a second away, so it was super convenient. Haha. The hot water in the room was great, and most importantly, the water pressure was great. The pillows were especially comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep!

GGuest UserBased on what you have paid for, this hotel provided a safe, clean, comfortable space for overnight stay. They also provide water, hotel water, and tea bags, coffee in the common area. I had a comfortable stay there. They only shortcomings is the check in time is from 6pm.

AAnonymous UserWe would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex 1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only. 2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything. 3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room. 4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us. 5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant. 6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere. 7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

Basically, the issues you read about on other reviews are legitimate, but the staff is very friendly and will do their best to take care of you and respond to any concerns. My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room which was much better, and also had a bath which I was hoping for with my first room. To be honest, depending on the time of day, the smoke smell can be found in various parts of the hotel. I also had an issue where a glass door on the bathroom was touching the floor and unable to be opened. They fixed this within a few hours. The location is more convenient to travel by bus and then transfer to a subway. It is somewhat outside of Seoul so just be prepared for that. Otherwise, there is good shopping and food nearby without walking very far. I think the fact that a hotel has problems is not bad if they take positive steps to fix it, and they did a good job of that during my trip. Based on that I would consider staying again.
