Nie polecamy tego hotelu: 1. Jako hotel położony w Te Anau, cały hotel ma tylko kilkanaście miejsc parkingowych. O miejsca parkingowe trzeba walczyć. Jeśli nie wiesz, myślisz, że jest w Queenstown; 2. Zamek do drzwi jest bardzo stary i trudny. Otwarty, nie mogłem otworzyć drzwi, gdy wziąłem klucz, musiałem jednocześnie otworzyć drzwi i wcisnąć drzwi. 3. Cena nie jest tanio, cena wywoławcza to ponad 900, wiejski zajazd obok kosztuje tylko mniej niż 800, a tak zwany pokój z widokiem na jezioro też jest. Sufit na pierwszym piętrze ich domu był dość zasłonięty i tylko część widać było widok na jezioro.

Небольшой, но уютный домик , кровать удобная, белье чистое, было очень комфортно. На общей кухне есть всё самое необходимое для приготовления пищи. Общие душевые и туалеты чистые. Есть зона для отдыха и настольных игр, также есть отдельная зона с настольным теннисом. Расположение отличное - прямо на берегу озера, виды превосходные! Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный!

發發發在亂跑Wonder stay! The room is very clean and the staff is super friendly! This is a family run hotel, and they are nice people. The location is perfect-short walk to the lake and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and town. We got good sleep in Aden .

GGuest UserI would have given this a 5-star rating. However, I deducted one star due to staff behaviour and a fire alarm that went off at 5:00 a.m., requiring guests to evacuate the hotel. Additionally, the staff could benefit from some customer service training, particularly in showing warmth and empathy toward guests. When we visited the front desk at 12:30 p.m. to enquire about an early check-in, the staff member was not at all understanding or accommodating. She bluntly say “No” and kept looking at her monitor without any reason.

YYoyo CHLove this place very much. Very clean and spacious room, there were elderly friendly toilet & bathroom ( we had another bathroom with bathtub). The kitchen is well equipped. The view overlooking the lake was superb. Jetty to glowworms just in walking distance (1km). Numerous restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance as well (1-1.5km). You can just park your car in the apartment and walk slowly along the lake to enjoy the stunning scenery.

CChengKiatThe staff are generally friendly however the service is not up to expectation. We are suppose to checkin at 2/3pm, and had a confirmation called from the hotel in the morning. However, when I arrived at 4pm, I was told that it’s not ready and they need till 5:30pm to have the room ready. The place was under renovation and it’s messy and dusty, but the room is nice and clean. Overall it’s good with nice view.

Very easy check in and check out ; I had emergency business to attend to , an the Lady at reception was ever so helpful....great shower pressure. great beds .....Washing machines very easy to use and located . Thank you All was great .....

GGuest UserThe reception staff were very warm and friendly and even gave us a bottle of milk. We had requested a family room with a tower view, and the location was perfect – we could see the tower directly from our living room. Queen's Park is also just across the street. The only downside was the cooktop in the kitchenette; it was either too fast or very slow to heat up, quite old-fashioned, and difficult to use. Additionally, the motel requires guests to park their car directly outside their own room, and parking in other spots is not permitted.

TTilong VangVery convenient location, a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants and the lake. Spacious room and comfortable bed. The terrasse was a plus as we could sit outside. Car park free just outside the door which was super convenient too.
