Sam pokój hotelowy był przepiękny, łóżko było całkiem wygodne, pokój był sprzątany każdego dnia, a woda i kosmetyki były uzupełniane. Lokalizacja jest całkiem dobra, ponieważ znajduje się tuż obok centrum handlowego Central, a także przy targu dziennym/wieczornym ze sklepem 7/11 na końcu ulicy. Moim największym problemem było bezpieczeństwo. Hotel nie ma holu od strony ulicy, więc trzeba przejść przez małą alejkę, a potem wejść po schodach, żeby dostać się do pokoi. Drzwi do schodów są otwarte 24/7 i nie mają zamka, więc dosłownie każdy może wejść do hotelu. Pokoje miały tylko prosty zamek z klamką i przyciskami i nie miały żadnych innych systemów bezpieczeństwa. Brak ochrony i brak personelu recepcji poza godzinami oczekiwania na przyjazd/wyjazd gości sprawiły, że hotel wydawał się bardzo niebezpieczny. Jako podróżujący samotnie, to jest mój główny problem. W pewnym momencie pojawił się problem z bezpieczeństwem, ponieważ jeden z gości zakłócał spokój na korytarzach. Zajęło to około godziny, zanim pracownik hotelu zajął się sprawą, ponieważ musiałem skontaktować się z właścicielem hotelu, który następnie musiał wysłać tam pracowników, aby rozwiązać problem. Więc mimo że to przyjemny hotel, nie warto było martwić się o swoje bezpieczeństwo.

They have a bad habit of turning off their water. I was just now having a shower, shaving my head, and the water in the shower stopped. I had to walk downstairs to the reception with nothing but a towel and soapy head to ask them to turn on the water. they did so. however... When I exited the shower to brush my teeth, the water had stopped again! I waited at the reception but it seems they were hiding from me. I called The hotel number and they came downstairs. I questioned why they keep turning the water off. they just apologized and turned it back on. I don't shower profusely long. why does this hotel have a problem turning on their water? I think I know the answer... Because they have a leaky tap! I think that instead of repairing the tap, they'd rather just turn off the water...

One small downside is the 500 THB deposit required at check-in, which is refundable but worth noting. Additionally, the soundproofing could be better, as noise from the hallway or nearby rooms can sometimes be heard. Despite these minor points, my stay was a great experience overall. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay in Phuket Old Town, this guesthouse is a wonderful option!

********* the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

Locate in central phuket old town. It is really convenient to go everywhere with great food. However, great location also mean noisy neighbour hood, There are strong base boom box music from somewhere, i can feel the floor shaking. The room is large comes with sofa and dining table, but with no TV. I would be great have a TV in the room. Room is fairly clean, but there are small ants clawing on kitchen counter around cups.

Great hotel in a quiet side street. Wonderful staff, you always felt cared for. Spacious room, high-quality air conditioning, balcony, daily cleaning and two bottles of water. We also took advantage of the airport transfer service. Thank you very much!

Zatrzymałem się na dwa dni we wrześniu 2024 roku. Na drugim piętrze. Pokój był prosto umeblowany. Nic wyszukanego, ale wszystko było na miejscu. Wysokiej jakości internet. Ciepła woda pod prysznicem z dobrym ciśnieniem. Brakowało tylko porządnego krzesła w pokoju. I nie było stolika na balkonie. Ale to drobiazg. Przyjazny personel. Było całkiem dobrze jak na tę cenę.

I had a fantastic stay at Maiiam Guesthouse in Patong. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay – from check-in to check-out.
