We’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing.
The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom.
We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice.
Parking is easy
So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC

家庭房也並不大，但是還算整潔乾淨，早餐比較簡單，但英式風格也就那幾樣了……從酒店到斯旺西市中心要坐34路車來回，晚了就沒有了，打車約15磅左右。酒店旁邊有一個湖很美。

Easy to reach shopping area like Tesco, Tim Hortons.
Just can easy to hear the sound from up stair or outside the corridors.

A really nice hotel ,amazing comfy beds and Very friendly and helpful staff,will recommend this hotel to anyone 😀 and food and drinks available at the bar and restaurant

Brilliant hotel, a little outdated but doesnt affect the stay whatsoever. The double bed was great but the pull out bed wasnt very comfortable. Food was great, and staff are brilliant. There is a lovely lake behind the hotel which was lovely for the kids!

Very average 3 star hotel.
First room - Extractor sounded like pneumatic drill. Staff very helpful and moved us.
Second room - Stains on the carpet. Mould on tiles in bathroom. Very tired looking room. Door cards would not let us in the room. Were told a system failure and cards replacement cards would be brought to us. No one turned up.
Breakfast - Good.
