Arrived on Dec. 30th. and welcomed by Mr. Huy, front desk manager, with his captivating smile. I enjoyed two blissfully wonderful days. Mr. Billy, Food and Beverage Manager, was so kind, during my first breakfast. The meal to welcome 2022 was superb. Master Chef Kenny presented a most imaginative and mouth watering menu of delight. We started with a scrumptious pumpkin and salmon tart, followed by a flower crab salad with red lump caviar, and delightful bursts of passion fruit. An ingenious mushroom soup was next with scampi prawn and lobster bisque. For me, a life lover of fungi, this was a new experience of wonder. We then enjoyed a beautiful salmon dish served in a rich and tasty broth. Fillet Mignon and death by chocolate completed the food symphony of delight. Take a bow chef Kenny! . Later on we all enjoyed a quiz and welcomed in the New Year in a Japanese fashion with lots of bubbly. Finally, thank you Minh Trang, at reception, for finally Seeing on my way back to Hanoi.

The floor is very high and the view is very good. The room is quite decent, but the exhaust sound directly above the toilet in the bathroom is a bit noisy. You have to close the door when sleeping. The breakfast is quite rich. It is considered a better hotel in the area.

The room is not very big but functional. Sockets and switch at the head of the bed. Air conditioning coffee / tea kettle bottles of water and 2 bananas that they came to deposit in my absence. TV with internet channels (YouTube etc) Shopping center restaurants cafes not far. A park right in front. There is a small balcony but 2 air conditioning motors take up half the space! The hotel looks new and the room is clean. The staff is very friendly and smiling.

In terms of décor and comfort, this was the loveliest boutique hotel we stayed in during our 25 days visiting Vietnam. We stayed 2 nights in a suite room which was like a studio apartment – very spacious with a separate living area. We ate dinner at The Bonne Vie restaurant on site which offered good variety of both Vietnamese and Western dishes on their menu and the food was very tasty. Staff were, at all times, efficient and friendly. Reception and Restaurant staff spoke very good English. I would highly recommend this hotel to our family, friends and work colleagues visiting Hai Phong.

Very new. The location is very good, it is very convenient to go to eat, massage and wash your hair. There is also Starbucks in 5 minutes walk. The washing machine is a washing and drying unit. It is indeed very convenient.

We were satisfied at check in from reception, bell boy & security who help us to open car'door and guide for parking, receptionists were so warm and kind, helping for luggages. We were very impresive with the room's space, all facility clean, good arrangement. My wife love the washing machine 😍😍😍 Everything here was perfect, thanks to service staffs full of supported requires & introduction of local cusine restaurants. The room's equipment would be perfect for a long stay family.

thank you for your help this time! I'm on a business trip to Haifeng, and I'm going to a famous East shop for Japanese service. i'm sorry. The staff at the front desk is comfortable and the Japanese is really good I was good! I told you I forgot the pin for the sim exchange, and I responded well. I was able to. Is the room a bit small, I think it's just a good size for Japanese people Above all, I was able to relax with Japanese TV! Breakfast can be eaten with Japanese food, and guests can use washing and dryer! This was quite useful. Thank you!! If you have any needs next time, I will use it again.

Due to changes in my itinerary, I temporarily arrived at Paul Chabot Hotel at about 10 a.m. the night before check-in (booking on March 15th) the next day (March 16). The front desk informed me that check-in would normally be at 2 p.m. But seeing that we had arrived, they arranged for us to check in early. The hotel is very clean and unique inside and outside. We originally booked a regular twin room for two nights, but after seeing that the environment was very elegant, we decided to stay in a room with a street view and a terrace for the second night. The room with terrace is very cost-effective, we like it very much😊 We would like to express our gratitude to the two staff at the front desk for their help in arranging our check-in and booking a taxi to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. They also arranged for us to take away breakfast to enjoy in the car. A very loving and considerate hotel😊

Incredible hotel staff The staff here is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially when the power went out on the island shortly after our arrival. Luckily, they had a generator on site that kept things running smoothly. The property is pristine, being brand new and well maintained. It's just a few minutes walk from Cat Co beaches. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. Our view with sea view was amazing, it looks like a painting in the sunset time. Duong at the reception helped us to book all transportation and tours we love the sunset and plankton bioluminescent night kayak tour from the hotel Would recommend this hotel to anyone on Cat Ba island

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.
