Very satisfied with the service, cucumber mask, foot bath and foot soaking to relieve fatigue before going to bed. The catering service in the Chinese restaurant is very user-friendly. The dishes are large and you can order half a portion. I ate three meals in just one and a half days. Before leaving, I gave away dried jujube slices. Mr. Liu at the front desk was very considerate and helped me rent a car. In short, everything from the guest rooms to the catering to the front desk service is very good. My family and I are very satisfied and highly recommend~

Very good hostel to stay in Zhangye and travel around. Hostel itself is clean, conveniently located and comfortable. You can book tours with the hostel to nearby attractions such as Zhangye Rainbow Mountain, Pingshanhu or Mati Temple (very useful as they organize the transport to the places, which can be tricky or time-consuming with public transports here). Recommended!

Room was small. Smelt of cooking in the morning. Only paper cups provided instead of proper cups for tea. Shower gel and shampoo was not replenished. Cleanliness was good, sheets were clean. Location is ok. You must be diligent to get a taxi as it is located in a government office area so not much cars after hours.

We came in very late and the front desk team at the hotel was just superb ! I made some mistakes in my booking and they happily and readily helped correct that. Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.

Super awesome hotel. I have stayed in no less than 30 hotels this year by car, and this one is the best! Although the price is cheap, the service and rooms are great! The room is super big. There are yogurt and various snacks on the table as soon as you enter. It can be regarded as afternoon tea. About half an hour after entering the room, the waiter brought the heart-warming white fungus soup! It was quite cold these days when I checked in. When I checked out the next day, the front desk gave me two bottles of hot water. It was great👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. I will stay here again in the future when I go to Zhangye!

The hotel service is super good, beyond expectations. It provides some desserts, soda, and tea. The location is very good: there are business districts nearby, which is very convenient for eating and buying things. The hotel environment is clean and the service is considerate. It makes people feel comfortable, no matter where it is. Everything is impeccable and the price is very reasonable. The front desk staff, Cao and Xiao Zhu, who helped with check-out on the last day, had a very good service attitude and were very considerate. They are highly recommended.

Traveling along the ancient Silk Road and arriving in Zhangye, the first night was like this. The taxi driver recommended this hotel, and I listened to his recommendation and booked this hotel later. The hotel is located here, which is a sight in itself. The setting sun was setting, the lake was sparkling, and jackdaws were playing in the water. I mistakenly thought that this place outside the Great Wall was the south of the Yangtze River, and I couldn't help but miss the water towns in the south. But this is not Jiangnan, but it looks like Jiangnan. Checked in, the room was spacious and bright. I thought that the facilities in a hotel that had been renovated early would be outdated, but I didn't have to worry about that. It was very convenient (it would be better if there was a USB charging port). Dinner was served inside the hotel. The service staff was attentive and the food tasted good. After dinner, we walked slowly along the lake. The colorful lights reflected the lake surface, which was very beautiful. When we returned, the hotel was very considerate and even sent us a wooden foot bath bucket, a boiling water bottle and a foot salt bath material package. Although I am busy, I am a little sorry that I have not experienced it, but I am grateful to the hotel for its meticulous service. When I come to Zhangye again in the future, I think I will never hesitate to book a hotel again, it has to be this hotel.

Best hotel experience in China. 1. The room is modern, new and clean. 2. There is a laundry room with washers and dryers, free of charge. 3. Breakfast has good variety of vegetables and fruits, the wonton soup is good. 4. The location is convenient. Lots of shops around, near a sort-of-night market where are many local restaurants. We tried a pretty good hotpot restaurant there. Cheap and delicious. 5. HIGHTLIGHT: hotel staff are the best we ever met. They are so welcoming and helpful. Communication is a bit difficult at first because of language barrier but with translation apps, problem is solved. They helped us contact a driver (with pretty good price) and advised us on the itinerary because of the weather. They greeted us warmly everytime we left or returned to the hotel or in the lift. Very charming. Highly highly recommend this hotel

It's a bit of a make do, but the experience is very bad for two reasons: 1. When I moved in in November, there was not enough hot water and the bath water became cold after a short shower. The second person to wash almost always uses warm water. 2. In room 501, there is a light on the ceiling above the bed that is always on, even when the card is removed. I hope the hotel can improve on these two points. There are also the following small points that need improvement; 1.TV cannot be watched normally 2. The hair dryer cannot be used after one minute of continuous use. 3. Please ensure that the kettle can be used normally Fortunately, the colorful Danxia is beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located.
