No WiFi on the fifth floor. I mentioned this to the people at the reception desk several times but they did not really care. Air conditioning also did not work properly. Shower cabin tiny, and leaky. Toilet did not flush very well. Dinner buffet mediocre. On the second evening they had forgotten that there were two vegetarians so they threw together tomato and mozarella. Breakfast buffet: no eggs, no fresh fruit. Bar tender very friendly, excellent cappuccino.

The route to the swimming pool was the elevator from the second floor to the fourth floor. But the elevator did not function. I pressed all the buttons. When i wanted to leave the elevator, suddenly the door closed and my full body was stucked between the door. Very painfull. Spooky elevator s there.

Hotel horroroso. Sólo entrar huele a rancio que tumba. Los sofás desvencijados, las habitaciones con colchones que te engullen. El comedor ha tenido épocas mejores. Comer allí me recordó la "mili" con una maitre estilo sargento cocina, a hacer cola y te sirven un rancho mejor no comentar. En la recepción unos personajes que te ignoran y te atienden cuando les da la gana, i con una "sonrisa" siempre.

hotel con stile anni 50, da rimodernizzare. era pieno solo di gite perciò non consigliato per coppie o famiglie. il cibo indecente, visibilmente della mensa… molte camere avevano parecchi problemi. inoltre l’aria condiziona non funzionava perciò la sera sudavi dal caldo e la mattina morivi di freddo. in compenso ottima posizione, da lì puoi raggiungere facilmente molte città

Stile un po’ troppo vintage per niente curato. Caldo e odore pungente ovunque. Odore di fogna nel bagno. La Tv non funziona. Il merdolino è raccapricciante credo che sia lì all’incirca 50 anni. Non particolarmente pulito. Colazione per niente buona.

En resumen: El Hotel del Conde Drácula. Viaje organizado de la Comunidad de Madrid. El trato por parte del personal del hotel, en concreto camareros, pésimo. Comida de mala calidad y escasa. Espera de media hora en el desayuno para un café de máquina vomitivo. Instalaciones antiguas y limpieza ausente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Hemos viajado por la Comunidad de Madrid, y han elegido el peor hotel de la zona, con diferencia. Se le caen todas las estrellas. Anticuadas instalaciones, que por algunas zonas impresionan un poco. El aire acondicionado no funciona y si alguien es grueso, no cabe en la ducha. La cama, más o menos. La atención del personal en el comedor, nada buena. Y un caos si hay más grupos para desayunar. Les faltan máquinas de café y otras cosas. En resumen, en su día sería un hotel puntero, pero es del año de maricastaña. En Italia tienen todo vendido y no se molestan en restaurar nada.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en juillet 2023.Nous sommes un couple avec deux enfants et nous étions dans deux chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain.Le service de chambre(nettoyage et changement de la literie passait chaque jour.Donc 5/5 au point de vue hygiène. Pour les repas,nous avions choisi la demi -pension.Ils servent un buffet très varié au petit déjeuner.Pour le dîner il y a toujours une entrée (salade), une assiette des pâtes (très délicieuses et différentes quotidiennement),une assiette de viande (ou poisson) féculents et légumes en quantité suffisante,et le dessert . Un petit bémol est qu’ils ne servent aucune boisson au dîner contrairement au petit déjeuner,pas même de l’eau.Il faut tout acheter. Pour le comfort aussi il y’a un petit petit car l’air conditionné ne fonctionne pas bien dans toutes les chambres mais ils ont appelé un technicien pour la réparation quand j’ai signalé le problème . L’hôtel a deux piscines et il y a un centre de bien être (eau thermale à côté (payant). Ils ont un service d’accueil (réception) efficace .J’ai même trouvé une réceptionniste qui parle bien le français. Bref j’ai bien aimé cet hôtel.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo, e al nostro arrivo delle camere non erano ancora pronte nonostante avessimo chiamto durante il viaggio per confermare l'orario di arrivo in serata. Ci consegnarono le chiavi ma le camere erano completamente disfatte. Abbiamo atteso, può capitare, ma le camere dopo erano lo stesso, nostro malgrado, non pulite bene. Nella mia c'era addirittura un cartone di cibo d'asporto, lasciato da chi occupava prima di noi la camera, e nonostante lo segnalai in ricezione, dopo cena lo trovai sempre lì. Su altre cose soprassiedo ma Lascia un pò a desiderare la pulizia in generale. Il vitto accettabile. La reception non seppe sopperire a delle pecche banali per un 4 stelle. Non lo consiglierei.
