Premier Inn Aberdare Hotel

Huge shout out to Kate on nights! She was so caring and helped us out so much when my friend was ill. Best customer service we've had in a Premier Inn. Thank you for checking on us all during their stay! Hopefully we get to see you again on their next visit.

We turned up late ish 10pm, staff asked if we needed help with the bikes I was putting in the room. Everyday always asked if we needed anything very polite. The room was on the smaller side of thing for 4 poeple but we did have bikes in the room aswell so can't complain at all.

Stayed at Premier Inn Aberdare before as it’s the ideal location for us to visit family. Rooms very clean, The restaurant and parking are within yards of the accommodation.

We stayed here for one night with our 10 month old son. It was as expected for a Premier Inn but the attentiveness and helpfulness of all the staff (at the hotel and at breakfast) was fantastic, they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make the stay even better. This is well-located with plentiful parking, and very conveniently a petrol station just next store! We would definitely recommend this Premier Inn, especially as it has air-conditioning (not all Premier Inns in this area do)!

We’ve stayed here many times and we would definitely return. Staff are friendly and helpful. A few things- they have started doing up the ground floor rooms - there was a big difference between room 16 ( refurbished) and room 7 - not refurbished. They still don’t tidy rooms during your stay unless you ask for it - bizarre - they say it’s ’post Covid.’ Comfy beds, good shower gel snd showers and close to either Brewers Fayre / Asda etc

I stayed here with my 2 girls, who had a fab stay and want to again. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, the girls were given some colouring and encouraged to get on the reception wall of fame. It kept them occupied and they even had a certificate and goodie bag the next morning. The hotel was clean, rooms had everything, comfortable.
