This hotel is quite honestly the worst I have ever stayed in. Firstly the car park was full and clearly not enough parking for the number of guest booked. When asking staff on wheres best to park they advised the boggy field at your own risk followed by the street where double yellows are positioned. There is a sign that suggests a reduced parking option at the airport but none of the three staff members mentioned this until I asked for more information. Secondly, The food ordering process is poor, you have to scan a QR code, place your order against a table number. sounds good until you want to also order a drink with your meal which you cannot do via the app, instead you must go to a separate bar and order and pay seperatly, who thought this is a good idea whilst some takes over your table that you've ordered food to whilst getting your drink. Thirdly, all staff seemed to be massively under trained and uninterested and one in particular was rude.
