It was okay. The coffee was terrible. The breakfast was okay. The mattress cover on the sofa bed had a stain on it.

The nicest Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at. We will always stay there when going through Abingdon VA. Great front desk crew, very clean room and bath, comfortable beds, nice breakfast - over all great experience.

Staff was super courteous. Complimentary breakfast above most places I’ve stayed in recent years. Easy access to and from interstate 81.

Clean friendly and large rooms. Breakfast was great! The ONLY thing i did not like was the pool temperature but the kids loved it

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The hotel staff were always prompt on greeting or attending to guests. The hotel was quiet.

Convenient off I-81, but far enough away that there isn't much in the way of road noise. Easy parking and check in. Room was clean, but had an "odd" smell at check in - that dissipated later.

Abingdon was a great stop on our way to Gatlinburg. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was right off the interstate with plenty of food options, gas and even a car wash next door.
