因為工作，我們每年都要前往阿布扎比若干次，第一次住這家酒店是2015或16年，那會超級好，女生桑拿房巨大。一層酒吧很繁華，人潮湧動。
然後這裏就逐年遞減，去年入住桑拿房裡的大瀑布還落水，這次就不開了。 房間裏沒有熨衣板熨斗，打電話要了半個小時後才送來，毛巾沒有配齊，冰箱製冷很差，保險箱也是壞的，就感覺很run down 有點淒涼。

Location: there are a few restaurants within 1 mile radius, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. No other attractions. Abu Dhabi Mall is a 20-30 minutes drive away.
Breakfast: very average. It seems to me that emphasis is on quantity rather than quality.
Staff: all staff are friendly and eager to serve. This includes the restaurant.
Room: good size room. If you like airplanes ask for a room that faces the nearby executive airport. In any case the=- view is far from spectacular.
SPA: terribly expensive (250 AED / hour). The staff is not professional. Is the staff's expertise in "extra services"?

There are no places to eat or have a drink nearby. Only one KFC.
There was only one place to charge devices in the whole room and a plugger, specific to UAE, was needed.
The windows were dirty and the view was from the construction, not a city view.
The service was nice though. Receptionists were helpful with all issues.

It was an amazing experience to be honest, but the only inconvenient thing was contacting the reception. It took me ages until I was able to reach someone as it doesn’t show directly on the phone buttons what to dial for room services.
