部屋やプール、朝食などはノボテルクオリティでさすがでしたが、どうにも困った点が２つ。 （１）フロントが実質1人だったので、長い列ができていました。みんな待っているのに、ホテルは増員を行うわけでもなく、これはひどかった。（２）エントランスのスタッフにキーを渡すと駐車場に停めにいってくれるシステムは良いのだけど、エントランスが狭すぎて、車がぎっしり。今にも接触事故が起きそうで、なにかもっと策があるだろうに。。と思うんですが。。

Ms Sophia at the reception was upto point with her service and the facilities were easily accesible n reasonable checkin was fast and efficient. Thanks to the team.

I liked the stay and the quick services they offer. However, the smell of cigarettes was really strong although I confirmed requesting a non smoking room. I hope this won’t happen with other customers as its really inconvenient.
