Al Diar Mina Hotel

Location was perfect and superb! The staff were polite and friendly. Room was neat and fresh smelling and very beautiful see view highly recommended

My recent stay at Al Diar Mina Hotel was a thoroughly disappointing experience that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the hotel fell short in several areas, including poor service, dirty rooms, lack of preparation, and hygiene concerns. First and foremost, the service at Al Diar Mina Hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite making an advanced booking, the hotel was unprepared for my arrival, resulting in a long and frustrating check-in process. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, offering little assistance and failing to address my concerns adequately. The cleanliness of the rooms was abysmal. Upon entering my assigned room, I was greeted by a sight of disarray and filth. The couches were visibly dirty and stained, making them unsuitable for use. The carpets were in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, with noticeable dirt and stains throughout. The overall lack of maintenance and attention to detail in the rooms was disheartening. To make matters worse, the bathroom in my room was in a poor state. The toilet bowl was unstable and moved when in use, which was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about hygiene and safety. The floors were wet, indicating a lack of proper cleaning, and the presence of cockroaches further exacerbated the unsanitary conditions. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. It was evident that the management did not prioritize cleanliness and maintenance. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises was a cause for concern and greatly impacted my overall experience. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness from the staff to address these issues only added to my frustration. My attempts to raise concerns were met with indifference and a lack of urgency, which further demonstrated the hotel's disregard for guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay at Al Diar Mina Hotel was far from satisfactory. The poor service, dirty and ill-maintained rooms, lack of preparedness, and hygiene issues, including cockroaches, created an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay, as it fails to meet even the basic standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction

Cheap and clean hotel close to the tourist attractions

Its was okay with nice location . Cleanliness was just okay

It's a very nice hotel with a very good services provided, I think some of the reviews some people gave are false.

Very loud ac, rooms are old there is many night clubs in the hotel so be ready to music trough out the night

I was really shocked this last time but when I ask they told me that administration team changed and always when I request any small thing like slipper or teeth kit or even tissue one lady I think she is Asian ,she told me now we can’t give you as. Administration team try to reduce expanses and they are sad from people book on line cheaper ,I told her why this way of treating to customers ,she said we are only one star!!!! And when I try to understand really the talk she told I will inform madam later for your compliment. There is also some small flying insects comes at night I don’t know from where!!

Its a reasonable place to transit flyers . Not much of the good welcome you get from here . Just a place you can stay the night . Not recommended.

It’s a nice room for day travel but the room has no slippers and extra towels and water we need to buy from outside the room is nice but the building is old so there is some sort of smell when the ac is off
