Service was outstanding, food was very good. location is excellent. Hotel itself is very clean, just dated. Needs a good refresh.
Daily activities seemed to be the exact same daily.

The beds are old and I got bitten by bedbugs my whole stay. I asked to change sheets and they still left the same ones. And I got more bites all over my body

Old dirty thin towels. No ac. It was not working. Very hot. The beds were very hard old linens only sheet and comforter. Very old . They stole something from outside on the security part of beach and they did not care. Tub was peeling. Outlets were not osha standard and many things wrong. Definitely not worth the money it costs to stay. I tried many times calling ******* and no one answered me. Hotel should not have 1 star. I want a refund.

Outdated rooms, staff acted like they loathed having to work there, with the exception of one man in the Fiesta dining room. Food was okay, desserts and pastries were sickeningly sweet. There was a cockroach in our room and we had to call the front desk twice to get it cleaned out. They said it was because only one person was working the front desk. Why? Poor overall service.
