Muy buen hotel me gusto mucho las instalaciones. En el restaurante italiano la chef Grecia muy amable y excelentes platillos, también el mesero Óscar del mismo restaurante muy amable y excelente atención del gerente Néstor. En el área de alberca el mesero Ángel nos trató muy bien en todo momento brindándonos un excelente servicio durante nuestra estancia.

Sin duda no regreso a este hotel pésimo servicio en la alberca no hay camastros y en la playa mucho menos. la atención en muchas áreas es medianamente regular y el menú muy poco variado y repetitivo la habitación la puerta del baño estaba colgada no se podía cerrar y la otra habitación no servían las clavijas le falta mucho mantenimiento nada que ver cuando los viste por invitación para conocer su consepto vacacional
