Krystal Beach Acapulco

Thx so much icy for your stay . Location is near the beach . Comfortable for stay

Had a wonderful time, people in Acapulco always the best when it comes to hospitality, specially the staff from this lovely hotel.

Overpriced, Menu is simple and expensive. No gym available. No privacy at the beach , hustling is allowed and pressure you to buy

Well, the room we had 928 on 9th floor. Air conditioner had a really strong smell of feces, so strong like sewer. We notified reception like 4 times. Person came to check but bad smell remains. So they were having some pipe problems so some were being changed but smell so bad. Finally they moved us to 1028 10th floor and once again issues came up, sink was clogged up and head shower 🚿 was missing, so when I turned on water splash all over.

From the time we arrived the hotel staff seemed very unwilling to take make you feel welcome, front desk seems to be more interested in coworkers conversation and her cell phone rather than accommodating the guests arriving. Same attitude was expressed throughout the hotel. As far as the hotel location was great.

This is a very basic hotel with no frills. When I got to my room the bathroom didn’t even have towels and O had to call housekeeping for towels. Lots of noise from the traffic below and the buses constantly honking their horns.
