Accra Marriott Hotel

Good for stay there but can not expectation, nice food and serive. So, nice choise hotel to choose

奔着萬豪酒店的口碑來的，可是入住等了四個多小時，説是很多延遲退房沒有整理出來，後來還是因為另外客户投訴引來了酒店老總.給我們提供了免費的晚餐，順利辦理了入住。食物確實美味😋房間也是很OK 晚上還收到了boss lady送的水果盤和手寫信🥰 Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Good customer service from the very top on down. The general manager was friendly and attentive as was the front desk manager. The general manager welcomed us at the lounge as well as the weekly outdoor barbecue. Even when things went wrong, the staff was attentive, apologetic, and accommodating. I appreciated that they found and held me for me the electric adapter I accidentally left behind. All the way around, a great hotel.

Service at the Red Red Restaurant is exceptional. Grace is especially attentive at breakfast. She is very knowledgeable about both local and international dishes - all abundantly available at the restaurant throughout the day. Sunday brunch has a huge selection.

This is a beautiful and relatively new property very conveniently located minutes away from Kotoka Airport. They also are undergoing construction of the front lobby, which was a surprise, but not a major inconvenience. The room sizes are not at regular Marriott standard, and after the initial questions about that were answered and the inevitable back and forth interactions were clarified, I had a great experience staying there. And that is because the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was pleasant and comfortable. From making sure I had all I needed in the room (one of the front desk managers, Naa, even called me on my cell to update me about the room), to the constant and engaged support from guest specialists Syka and Vanessa, and from catered care with my transportation needs from Mary and drivers like Edward and Godfried, to special care with the breakfast menu due to my dietary limitations, from everyone in the restaurant, but especially from Grace, they all transformed my stay. The manager of food and beverages, Deepak Singh Kayak made a point of checking in as well to make sure everything was going well. In the end, I made a point to congratulate the general manager, Luciano Scelza, for the quality of the people in the team, while he himself made a point of ensuring that I had a good stay with them. Will definitely return, and I highly recommend the JW Marriott in Accra.

Never been in a smart, cozy and free environment as found at Accra Marriot Hotel. The rooms are spacious and always clean and kept smart with excellent housekeeping. The beds are very comfortable, fluffy pillows great amenities. The restaurant is one of the very best offerings, well equipped and excellent buffet meals. I have never had a wider choice of meals throughout my stay with every staff very willing to assist, particularly Grace. The conference facilities are excellent too, equipped with powerful projectors and great atmosphere. Belinda was of a great service too this side

Great hotel, amenities, and wonderful staff! I come to Accra regularly for work and am always excited to stay at the Marriott here. The breakfasts are amazing, and the Ghanaian food options are really good too. Make sure you get ****o with the jollof! The mall across the street is extremely convenient for anything you might want or need to find, like water and powdered laundry detergent if you are here for a while and don’t want to pay for a laundry service. Make sure you venture out of the hotel and explore! The immediate environment isn’t great for exploring but ask the staff for recommendations, and with a quick Uber or taxi ride you can get to a bunch of great places to experience Accra!
