一家擁有米其林二星和米其林一星的餐廳的酒店。酒店很大，我們吃了日料創意的米一餐廳。前菜不錯，主菜不好吃。而且流水線很強。
酒店房間還可以，很大，但是陽台是梯田式，樓上可以看到樓下他們陽台在乾嘛，這個隱私上不是很好。陽台可以正看夕陽。門口就是一個小村的感覺，有超市有餐廳，去海邊很近，附近還有一個天體沙灘。早餐還不錯，就是服務員不怎麼樣。

As stated this is our third visit to this fabulous hotel. Jan 2020, Jan 2022 and Jan 2024. It ticks every box - great staff willing to help, the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in (and I mean worldwide), comfortable modern rooms, fabulous pool area, amazing buffet breakfasts, I could go on. The only slight disappointment is the evening buffet at Nao restaurant - was never as good as the breakfast buffet but that's a tough order. My husband's small gripe is that the room is open plan with only a frosted glass sliding door for the loo for privacy. Thank goodness for the terrace to adjourn to! Thanks to all concerned for making our stay so wonderful.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel, and we have enjoyed it just as much each time we have been. We have always stayed in the adults only section, but are able to use the family end of the hotel which is a bonus. The rooms are great and the beds extremely comfortable- and vast! This year I was pleased to see the pool staff enforcing the protocols regarding not reserving loungers. Staking a claim on a longer while disappearing for the morning/ afternoon is not really ok. There are plenty to go round with an option of 3 pools. Not easy for the staff but done with firmness and politeness. The bars are great as the bar staff. The pool staff are excellent, Andreas even remembered our names although we have not visited for 18 months. Jack, one of the lifeguards is particularly attentive and thoughtful. The ‘active’ team are fantastic, particularly Sofie and Kami- I am only sorry that their contract ends this month. Yellitza on the desk at the Nao restaurant is always welcoming. We ate half board this stay as the food and choice are so good, and as ever it did not disappoint. We love this hotel and will definitely be back.

Second visit for us and just as good - we loved it. So many restaurants to choose from. Right on the edge of a nice local village for beers/drinks/dining. Views onto the Atlantic and to the mountains.

This was our second visit to this amazing hotel, although we stayed in the adults only section last time. We had a lovely welcome with a glass of champagne and were shown to our beautiful suite by a very friendly pleasant man. The rooms are simply fantastic, huge, clean and so comfortable and relaxing. The bed is just like sleeping on a cloud. We both slept for 9 hours every night which is what we needed! The balcony is like an extra room with 2 loungers, table and 4 chairs , a sofa , chair and low table with panoramic views of the sea over towards La Gomera. There is a full kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Each night we had chocolate left by our bed by the turndown staff on our return to our room. The village of La Caleta is a 5 minute walk away with lots of little restaurants where we spent our evenings (make sure to pre book them). Such a lovely place. We spent most of our days after our great breakfasts at the maresia rooftop pool just relaxing and reading and swimming. Nice walks from the hotel along the coast both ways. Breakfasts can be taken at the restaurant in either section of the hotel by adults which is lovely to alternate. We really didn’t want to leave and will certainly return for a third visit!

Whilst the room was nice the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The pool, pool area and number of sunbeds is just not fit for purpose to accommodate the number of guests staying in the hotel. We experienced arguments over sunbeds, "rules" randomly imposed by management to try and deal with the situation which was handled extremely poorly. We went away to relax expecting a little luxury for the price we paid but what we experienced was not this!

Lovely hotel, brilliant staff - friendly & welcoming. Food & drink of a high standard. Breakfast in particular is not to be missed! Have been before & would definitely return.

3rd visit this year……that’s how much I enjoy the Corales. I would like to thank the pool staff, in particular, Khalid, Ismark, Angel, Eddy, Gustavo and Andreas. All are so welcoming and remember how I like my coffee etc. What a credit to the hotel. Justyna and Angie are just a joy first thing in the morning at breakfast in Olivia’s. The staff in Starfish are outstanding, as is the food and hence I have booked my next visit!

This hotel does not allow husband and wife to select a sun lounger in the morning and go to breakfast together as they will remove your towels the minute you leave the bed therefore having no bed to come back to unless they go and put a disable sticker on one bed so another couple can go together for breakfast and when they finish the pool boy replaces the sign for towels so the guests can return to the same bed this is totally wrong as the rules should be the same for every guest this rule has been put in place because the pool boy removed a guests belongings so they have brought this rule in totally disgraceful that a five star hotel dictates how a paying guest can eat at breakfast so basically this hotel has created a solo breakfast policy the management were in attendance. To oversee this farce and when challenged there reply was so what very poor from a hotel who portrayed to the Holliday business how special this venue is which is totally the wrong image of a so called 5 star . Also the rooms do not have any English channels. So unless you want to watch sky news or sport you have no choice this hotel is in lovely location but the service and attitude of the management is extremely shocking with no care for paying customers so if you like to eat breakfast before 9.30 this is the place for you or if you like to eat on your own there duty of care is non existent
