Still waiting for a refund... How 4 - 7business days has turned into 14 days & counting I would solidly NOT recommend this booking site or hostel.

I would give this business zero stars if I could. Do not stay at this hostel!! I pre-paid for my accommodation. I'm an Australian citizen with an Australian Government issued Driver's Licence, yet the manager refused me my booked accomodation when I arrived at 7pm at night because my renewed Australian Passport hasn't issued yet. Last time I checked, as an Australian citizen you don't need an Australian Passport to travel around Australia. An Austraian Government issued Driver's Licence is sufficient ID anywhere else. Nice welcome to Adelaide! "Tequila Bumrise"!
