Vagia Traditional Hotel exceeded all our expectations during our romantic getaway last October. Away from the touristy areas, this hidden gem provided us with the perfect setting for a week of romance and relaxation. Booking directly is the way to go for the best deals and offers. We're immensely grateful to Ioana for her warm welcome and attentive service, as well as to Sara for maintaining our room in pristine condition throughout our stay. If you're looking for a serene retreat on Aegina Island, look no further!

Lovely and beautiful place! Relaxing and romantic atmosphere and perfect for a chilled and quiet get away. Friendly staff, welcoming owner, clean and walking distance to the beach. I went there by myself and also met some great people to spend time with. Anytime again!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. All areas and the rooms where very clean. The breakfast and the areas where it is served exceed expectations. Delicious handmade pies freshly baked delicacies of wide variety. We will be visiting again!

Comfy traditional hotel ! Breakfast was tasty and unforgettable! Owners are very kind and helped us with everything we needed during our stay on Aegina. We felt it like home! Rooms are always very clean and the area the hotel is quite so we really relaxed and enjoyed our stay!

While the building is ok, the room are dirty and the area is rather noisy. The was rather greedy, we would have loved some greek food and not only french fried. Neverless the garden was pritty nice and the taxi driver was really helpful. We will stay in a different place next time.

I ended my Greece trip at this slice of paradise. The property itself is gorgeous, as are the rooms! It truly felt like I was in a hidden little getaway with the beach just steps away. The owner was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a relaxing experience. The food and drinks including the breakfasts were outstanding and a feast for the senses. If I do find myself in Greece again, I without a doubt will be returning and recommend anyone travelling to Aegina to do so as well. It was the perfect place to end an amazing trip!:)

Delightful, friendly, small(ish) hotel in Vagia fishing village. This is a great base for local walks and hikes eg: up to Appia Temple, coastal walk to Souvala, Nektarios monastery and Paliachora to Souvala, and there are 9 'paths of culture' across the island. We had a spacious seaview room with a comfortable, large king-size bed and balcony. All very clean and the room had a useful fridge and hair-dryer. Breakfast was great with yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cakes, homemade marmalades and local honey. Plenty of sunny or shady places to sit including the garden when you are not at the beach! Notis the owner cooked us a fish feast one evening and there are a couple of local tavernas nearby in the village. Hope to return.

Our stay at Vagia Hotel kicked off our month long trip to Greece, and it was the PERFECT introduction. The hotel could not have been more charming, and Notis and the staff were amazing - helpful, fun, and accommodating. They went above and beyond at every level. My 15 year old daughter and I both had an incredible time, and after a few months back home, I still keep daydreaming about starting my day with the delicious breakfast and finishing it with a glass of wine and incredible local pistachios. Can't wait to return!
