Hotel Club Almoggar Garden Beach

Room was dirty, dirty pillows, hair in sheets, dirty bathroom, complained three times, waited for hours until I was moved to a better and cleaner room, thanks to Samira, however that prompted me to cancel the rest of my booking at this hotel.

The hotel was okay . The rooms are in small 2 floor buildings . The walk from our room to the restaurant was around 5min. The breakfast buffet was simple but okay. Free coffee , juice or water . The pool was nice . There was a bar next to the pool and there was fast food restaurant downstairs of the revel in the hotel area open at night which was nice as we arrived late. Small shop right at the exit to the street and beach . You can buy any necessary stuff there you’ll need for your holiday and forgot to pack . The beach was huge and looked nice and clean. Sea was cold so we didn’t go for a swim but it was in beginning of March so I expected that. The room was very old with no Health and Safety measures .there were pointy nail ends sticking out of the bed head. They were circled so you can see them 😂 uncomfortable bed and pillows. Only one bed table. Old furniture. Small Tv with only their programmes and maybe two in English but it was only news or sport. Forget about Netflix or similar. Never mind . No WiFi in the room either. Only in reception. One small bottle of water on arrival. Not very friendly reception staff . I would say rude but only after you pay. Cleaning staff was very nice and friendly. I wouldn’t visit this hotel second time . And wouldn’t stay here for a week or two for sure ! For 3 nights this hotel was okay option and close to the sea.

A localização e a parte externa do hotel é incrível, funcionarios da manutenção e serviço de quartos disponíveis e atenciosos. Mas os funcionários da recepção deixaram muito a desejar, o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, então fomos 6 vezes na recepção pedir para que o assunto fosse resolvido e eles diziam que iria resolver e não faziam exatamente nada, perdemos um dia inteiro dentro do quarto à espera da manutenção, somente na sexta reclamação é que a manutenção foi chamada e o assunto foi resolvido. Hotel com características de acomodações bem inferior por ser 4 estrelas. Sanita solta, barata atrás do frigobar e ar condicionado velho e muito sujo.

Very good location on the beach

Est ce moi qui suis maniaque ou certaines femmes de chambre qui sont très sales ? Ça manque de propreté dans les chambres. Les cafards ou plutôt les blattes font partie intégrante de la décoration de l’hôtel, inacceptable pour un 4*. Sinon, équipe d’animation au top du top ! Un grand merci à eux ils ont vraiment é***é notre séjour !!! Chaïma la chanteuse 🥰

Not a 4 star hotel, in terms of the rooms. The first two rooms we were given were a 1 star kind of room until we got to change the second morning. The newer room still did not have basic amenities such as a hair dryer etc. overall for the location it was okay.

Location is very good. Service was great. The staff was very helpful
