Igoudar Appart-Hotel

Hotel łączy zdjęcia drugiego hotelu (nowego) i starego, więc kiedy dokonujemy rezerwacji, nie wiemy, gdzie będziemy, więc zarezerwowałem dla 5 osób, były tylko 4 łóżka, w pokoju nie było ciepłej wody pokój łazienka zepsuta lodówka dużo hałasu wieczorem tylko 1 basen nie taki jak na zdjęciach połamana ściana popękana Poprosiłem sprzątaczkę o prześcieradła, których mi nie przyniosła. Spałem zbyt źle….

Niezbyt czysto, zdjęcia na stronie nie odpowiadają rzeczywistości. Szkoda, jestem bardzo zawiedziony.

Hotel Igoudar jest naprawdę zniszczony, wygląda na to, że popada w ruinę, personel robi co może, ale to przekracza ich siły, ponieważ jest bardzo zniszczony, wielka szkoda, ponieważ jest bardzo dobrze położony, 5 minut od plaży i konstrukcja jest piękna, ale wymaga poważnej modernizacji. . .

Chciałem złożyć skargę po pobycie, ugryzły mnie pluskwy. Moje dzieci miały grzybicę na basenie. Bardzo brudne mieszkanie. Vitus, pościel, koc, ręcznik, bardzo stary sprzęt, kuchnia, drewno Vitus, pluskwy. Proszę o pilny kontakt, wróciłam przed końcem pobytu aby zadbać o siebie.

Lokalizacja jest dobra, personel jest bardzo przyjazny i rozumieją angielski, ale obiekt jest trochę stary i potrzebuje odrobiny dotyku, więc zostaję tylko na jedną noc zamiast na 6 nocy

Visited this place in August 2022. Was a bit worried when I read the below review that it was closed. I called them and they said they were open so decided to bite the bullet and go there. In normal circumstances I would pick hotel but due to dietary requirements of a family member we decided on a self catering apartment. The other reason for picking this was due to the proximity to the beach. Was only 5 mins walk as we planned to spend most our time there. We arrived late in the evening and the place was informed of this, however when we arrived a big group of us the staff seemed surprised. It took almost 1 hour to find us the rooms we booked. Before checking in I asked if I can view the rooms, good job we did. The rooms were disgusting. Toilet not working. Cement all over the place like it was falling apart. It smelt of damp and was just awful. The floor soaking yet and the bath dirty. No cooking utensils and no wifi. We have family in Agadir so we decided we would stay with them and go back in the morning as the Member of staff said he would allocate some other rooms. In the morning we went back only to be given the same room. It was a joke. The man at reception explained how the hotel had been closed and the owner just one day decided to open it up even though the rooms looked like a bomb had hit it. Only one person spoke English. He was good enough to cancel the booking without charge. The hotel seems to be busy but with locals and maybe they think this type of accommodation is ok, we certainly did not. Never again. Being the middle of august it was hard to find a budget friendly hotel. We were lucky enough to stay with family as they had a big enough house. I did visit the Intouriste and Tislet. These had lovely rooms with lovely grounds. Overall the Ougadar is a no no and I’m sure in its heyday it was a great place as it does have potential but to be honest I don’t think it’s suitable as it is. The staff tried to help the best they could and were quite embarrassed with the situation. For us. Never again. Also they place only takes cash, no card payment. Luckily this didn’t spoil our holiday in Agadir as it was wonderful and the people are so friendly and hospitable. Will visit Agadir again but not the Ougadar apartments!!

After a 13 hour journey me my wife and 4 children got to the hotel 9pm only to find the hotel has been shut for over a year. On the beach (travel agents) whom we booked through weren't even aware of this yet they still took our money almost £1000. We were forced to find another hotel and pay £2000 extra. Nightmare Will never use on the beach or this hotel company again i have attached photos beneath. Please confirm my review with the regional tourist office in agadir if you like. I have tried to contact on the beach through email and call but no luck

Dommage pour l’en doit en plein zone touristique mais il est très sale sale sale les chambre et intérieur comme extérieur dommage et bien dommage
