I nice clean and modern hotel in a new upmarket part of agadir. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

Rien à dire sur le service a part que yavais pas d’eau chaude qu’à partir de 14h je ne savais pas pourquoi ?

We've got a lovely, spacious room for our family, nice surprise! Lovely clean hotel - a bit quiet when we stayed (maybe because of Ramadan). The receptionist Latifa was lovely, with a bright smile and the chef was extremely helpful, helping is find supermarkets during Ramadan for breakfast. A male receptionist (should have asked his name) was also very helpful with asking for a Taxi and other advice. The room was extremely accommodating with comfortable beds and decent kitchen facilities. However the fridge and microwave were a bit weak. We enjoyed the stay very much! Nice quiet hotel, lovely large rooms some with huge balconies, beds very comfortable the decor is morrocan inspired. There is no bar but a lovely cozy lounge. Breakfast is continental with,pastries, bread,conserves,fruit cheese eggs sufficient enough and the staff very pleasant. Pool is small but adequate and clean. I found staff to be friendly and helpful,however check in took a while with only one person on reception for around 25 people checking in.. Its well located 15 minute walk to shop and 20 to main area and beach. Cleaners cleaned room every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Please do not come this hotel as clean as it is there is nothing here as advertised on any holiday sight says it has 2 bars restaurant entertainment mini market noooooooo nothing also it's a good 10/20 min walk to get to any and if u need shopping bars restaurants then it's taxi every where please before booking make sure your holiday company knows this ours knew but wouldn't do anything about it we came with love holidays they have done nothing to help us .... So please make sure your hotel as whot it says it has......
