Ładna nieruchomość z dobrą obsługą, wiele małych schodów zapewnia niesamowite otoczenie!

Stare powiedzenie, że dostajesz to, za co płacisz, a w przypadku tej nieruchomości nie dostajesz zbyt wiele za to, za co płacisz. Pokoje są takie proste, bardzo biedne, zepsute stare telewizory CRT, połamane krzesła ogrodowe, proste łóżka twarde jak skała. Hotel jest tak zaniedbany, że w niczym nie przypomina zamieszczonych zdjęć. Jedzenie jest poddawane recyklingowi od śniadania do lunchu i obiadu do kolacji. kurczak na lunch, sałatka z kurczakiem na obiad. Higiena żywności prawie nie istnieje. Muchy latają wszędzie, ludzie zajmują się jedzeniem, a następnie je zwracają. Ilość marnowanej żywności jest niewiarygodna. W ŻADNYCH OKOLICZNOŚCIACH NIE PIJ FILTROWANEJ WODY w żadnym miejscu na terenie obiektu, nie jest ona filtrująca i jest obrzydliwa. Personel jest bardzo nieświadomy, bardzo mało rozmawia, a próbując zamówić napoje, napotykają wrażenie, jakby wychodziły z własnej kieszeni. Zameldowanie o 2 w nocy było absolutną hańbą, nasza rodzina i irlandzka rodzina próbowały się zameldować i zajęło to 1,5 godziny, ponieważ chcieli zatrzymać nasze paszporty! Pod żadnym pozorem nie oddawaj paszportu! Chcą paszporty do następnego dnia, aby potwierdzić, że zapłaciłeś przez *******! Patrzyliśmy na inne hotele i stracilibyśmy pieniądze na ten hotel, ale ze względu na pobyt w ostatniej chwili było to opłacalne. Nigdy nie wrócimy do tego hotelu, nawet jeśli dadzą nam go za darmo. Rozrywka była beznadziejna, każdego wieczoru to samo. Absolutna hańba nazywać się hotelem.

Przede wszystkim za tę cenę, jeśli chodzi o wakacje all inclusive w Agadirze, jest to całkiem dobre, ponieważ masz możliwość jedzenia i korzystania z udogodnień hotelu obok karaibskiego hotelu agador. Pokoje są proste, ale kierownik Ibrahim był dobry, ponieważ musieliśmy zmieniać pokój 2 razy, ponieważ nie byliśmy zadowoleni, a on z radością się zgodził. Personel jest w porządku, ale z podstawową znajomością języka angielskiego trudno jest rozmawiać, zespół animatorów jest fantastycznie pomocny, pełen energii. Ogólnie jak mówię za tę cenę bardzo dobrze.

Beware of booking this hotel this is an honest review of my experience. The hotel is extremely run down the rooms are appalling I would class a 1 star hosel better than this, tv with bare wires hanging out, no air conditioning they will charge you for a fan , if you want a hairdryer they will charge you , the food is the most disgusting food I have ever seen just think bread 5 days old and rock hard! They serve up the cheapest muck they can find , the drinks are watered down so you can drink 10 beers with no chance of getting drunk . Told reception about my issues and basically they couldn’t give s***. The behaviour of some of the guests is disgraceful worse than any Benidorm Chaves on a stag do. I wanted to Moroccan experience trust me you will not get it here

I was dropped off at 1am and was greeted by 2 men who got me to fill in a form and then took me to my room. I honestly thought where the hell have I booked. No info given and I was left. The room was dated,tired looking and certainly NOT CLEAN. A pillow had lipstick marks and a footprint on it !!!! Next morning I went to reception but was told no other room available.I asked about restaurants and meal times etc. I took myself off on a walk which was not unpleasant. However,nowhere seemed to be swept,washed etc. though. The food in the restaurant was diabolical. No choice, food ran out quickly and usually half hour after opening there were no plates available. Most guests I spoke to were eating out or going to Maccy Ds nearby. The only good thing was the sunshine. Some staff members were lovely in the restaurant. I booked transfers through Love Holidays as well and we only just got the flight home in time as we were picked up 2 hours before departure and then did more pick ups. Not a place I will revisit and this seemed to be the general census of most guests

Pro and con list: Pro: Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff Close to shops and other restaurants Close to beach Con: Hotel doesn’t look like pictures it is much more run down than those Hot water went for a day Had to change hotel rooms due to the noise from the road that surrounds the hotel Restaurant doesn’t have a variety of food and it’s organised chaos I wouldn’t give this hotel a 3 star. I would say it’s a 2 star. FYI - We went in Ramadan so a few things were closed such as, gym, spa

I have recently returned from a really enjoyable holiday in Agadir at this hotel. Room was functional and large enough, it was cleaned daily and the towels changed by the lovely friendly ladies who even put fresh flowers in our room every day. The food was fresh & varied with lots of choice including lots of different salads at every meal. Staff on hand to help with any little thing they could do to make dining a pleasure. Drinks were standard enough, beer, wine, vodka, gin, whiskey and one type of cocktail but there were no limits. Waiting staff were so attentive and drinks were refreshed without having to ask. Thanks Ishmile :-) Pools were clean with four or five to choose from and activities were centered around the larger pool in the complex. Entertainment team worked long hours and provided great entertainment, including a show every night is the amphitheater near the pool area. Location very central, walking distance to local shops & bars, including the sports bar at the entrance to the hotel who managed to find tv stations showing the Six Nations rugby for us!! Beach was a short walk from the hotel and had a private section with lots of loungers for hotel guests to use free of charge. All the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall this is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was fresh & varied at every meal. Room was large & although old spotlessly clean & well equipped. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Had a problem with the shower on the first day which was sorted as soon as I notified reception. Drinks were good & no limits. Pools were clean. Location amazing, walking distance to local shops & bars. Beach across the road with private area for the hotel. Cannot fault any of the staff , the cleaners, bar staff, food & chefs & especially Mohammed the gardener were all absolutely wonderful. Bar next door also very accomodating for sports & have multi channels. Drinks cheap too !

We booked our holiday for one week in February. When we arrived at the hotel supposedly 3 stars.. the hard truth hit us!! The room is miserable, very dirty, the sink got blocked in first 5 minutes, in the bathroom the was a panel fixed with clear tape, the taps are full of scale, honestly in student accommodation would have been cleaner!! Please see the pictures bellow! The "restaurant " serves food with plastic spoons and plastic cups!!! The tables are greasy, the cleaning staff is so rude, cannot really blame them , the management is outrageous! Please be aware when you buy on loveholidays , the real hotel doesn't match with the advertised pictures on the website on loveholidays!
