Hotel jest taki wspaniały… (lokalizacja, wystrój..) Szkoda, że ​​pracownicy proszeni o informacje są tak niemili, szczególnie ci w recepcji. W nocy 1 grudnia poszliśmy do recepcji, aby się zameldować, powitanie było bardzo kiepskie! ! ! Limit przeszkadzamy im naszą obecnością... (pierwszy szok...). Zapłaciliśmy all inclusive… przyjechaliśmy do pokoju, lodówka pusta.. a przede wszystkim brak wody w pokoju!!! (drugi szok) Zadzwoniliśmy do recepcji i powiedzieli nam, że musimy zapłacić za opcję, a nie to, co ma być w stanie czerpać korzyści z napojów. Nadal będziemy prosić o wodę w recepcji, bo muszę brać leki i (trzeci szok) właśnie dostajemy małą butelkę o pojemności 33 cl (co odpowiada 1 szklance wody) dla dwóch osób (zawsze oczywiście z spojrzeniem ＜ cholera) wkurzasz nas ＞). Jeśli chodzi o sprzątanie pokoju: Panie sprzątające są bardzo uśmiechnięte, bardzo przyjemne ALE!! Czystość pokoi nie jest zbyt wspaniała! ! Zwłaszcza toalety i łazienka. Dużo plam na kafelkach na ścianach i podłodze należy odkurzyć przed myciem, ponieważ na krawędziach jest dużo brudu i włosów. Różnorodność restauracji i przeciętny smak.W restauracji jest dwóch lub trzech kelnerów, którzy komentują, gdy prosisz ich o dodatkową wodę. Spa: bardzo uśmiechnięty personel, ale usługi są przeciętne. Wniosek: architektura hotelu jest na najwyższym poziomie, fasada hotelu jest bardzo dobrze utrzymana, ścieżki, trawnik itp. Głównym problemem jest (może nie cały) obsługa pracowników..

Szczęśliwa oaza w Agadirze, klub położony rzut kamieniem od oceanu z kilometrami plaż, wspaniale było słyszeć jego hałas wieczorem/w nocy z małego balkonu naszego wspaniałego pokoju, dla wygody i lokalizacji, w stylu Riadu. Budzenie się rano i ćwierkanie w środku było magiczne! bardzo wygodne łóżka z otaczającymi i miękkimi kołdrami, przestronne, czyste i ciepłe pokoje, biorąc pod uwagę temperatury, które niestety nie były najlepsze, ale to nie przeszkodziło nam cieszyć się lokalizacją, sukiem i łaźnią turecką, myślę, że nigdy nie spotkałem taki regenerujący masaż, te Kobiety to Magia!!! Doskonałe usługi wzbogacone życzliwością i uśmiechem, od obsługi sali... przez jadalnię... po szefów kuchni - wszystko w widocznym miejscu! Doskonałe jedzenie i wyjątkowe śniadania pełne smaku i koloru, owoce mają zupełnie inny smak... pyszne taijin, najlepsza jagnięcina! ALE SZCZEGÓLNE PODZIĘKOWANIA DZIĘKUJEMY PRZYJĘCIU, połączenie uczynności, życzliwości i profesjonalizmu... Pan Hicham skradł nasze serca! pomogli uczynić moje urodziny jeszcze wspanialszymi! DZIĘKUJĘ ! Inshallah... Mam nadzieję, że do zobaczenia wkrótce Agadir!!! Ilaria Adagio

The hotel itself was very near to the beach, and in a good location. It has some nice swimming pools, however it is important to note that the hotel is not for the British as 99% of the guests are French. The food is only catered for the French and steal plus didn’t have anything Moroccan. Food is fine, but we mainly eat from the salad bar as the chicken was red. Other meats were questionable. Breakfast has a selection of croissants and scrambled eggs but again not a great selection unless you like cereal. Spoons are not provided. On arrival the reception seems to be helpful but that’s where it ended as they couldn’t be bothered and rude at times. That said the bar staff, waiters and waitresses were all fantastic. Ali in the entertainment was super nice, but unfortunately the entertainment is only in French. Drinks are limited and not what I’ve had on other all inclusive holidays. It would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room for those who get up early in the morning and can’t wait for the restaurant to open at 7am. Rooms are fine, and clean. The balcony is very small, and consists of two plastic chairs and a table. Bit of a squeeze to fit two people in. Where our room was we could hardly hear the ****** but other guests we spoke to said it was very loud. Be aware of the flies as they bite. If you smoke getting an ashtray is a daly mission.

After reading reviews I was a little unsure about what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. We were a family of 6 with teenage/adult children. We got a cheap deal and thought it was amazing. A few minutes walk from beach. The rooms are large and so are the showers. Food and drink was there all day apart from about 1 hour between lunch and afternoon tea but drinks all day. Staff were polite and helpful and we are English but don’t look typically English so wasn’t sure they would like us but they were all lovely. Two heated pools that were lovely. One of the best holidays we’ve had for the price would definitely go back!

Well this was our second visit in 4 months, such an amazing place the staff are amazing be it the room cleaners to the security staff, the reception staff to the bar staff, the resident photographer, it was nice to meet some English speaking members of the entertainments team Mido and Yanis and can’t forget Khalid Laasri guest relations manager was so lovely to see you again. The only fault we can find is the lack of English used by the entertainments team British people also visit this hotel but have no understanding of what is going on, there was a function whilst we were there which we were assured would be in French and English well one 30 second speech was in English then reverted back to French so like at Christmas we left the function. It won’t stop us going back to the hotel as the friendliness of all other staff far outweighs most of the entertainment team speaking English. Now to book our Christmas holiday See you all again soon

I had a really good week in the club. The entertainment team was really nice, especially Mido which was really friendly. I highly recommande this club, there is a lot of activities and Valeria is really welcoming. The bar team and restaurant team were really good as well.

Booked this holiday with easyJet, Hotel was lovely, When we arrived rooms weren't ready ,but reception gave us our all-inclusive bands,so we could go for our lunch .Check in was OK,had to fill a form in with all your details, then we where shown to our room. Food in the hotel was lovely, bottle of wine with dinner and lunch. Room where very clean,good drinks in the bar also.Main pool heated ,shame the quiet pooling the back was not heated,there was slides there for children in another pool.All in all had a great break

It was wonderful vacation we had fun especially with entertainment team we never felt bored .. the food is good the stuff kind i would love to come back again because of you guys thank you so much for making our holiday especially yaniss . Ali mido thank you

It was a good vacation. Hotel in a great location. 3 minutes to the beach, approx. 35 minutes walk to the big market. The room was large, quiet, the bed comfortable, towels changed every day. The pool is clean, the water is warm. No queues at the pool bar, good drinks. Meals were ok, lunch were the best. Delicious pizza. Dinner was the worst. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful, they speak English. Animations are a big plus!!! Cheerful animation team, varied activities.
