辦理入住時間過長，餐廳用餐體驗感極差，服務員叫了不下6次，都跳過我們，反而後來的歐洲人對他們服務的很熱情，餐廳價格偏高，味道一般，房間設施挺全，衞生間的鏡子是個亮點，整體裝修不錯

Simply an amazing experience at this hotel from A to Z and can't wait to come back. Here is just a little sense of some of the many key aspects which contributed to this wonderful stay with friends: - professional quick & easy check-in late at night with a smile and at checkout too - amazing staff: the event sales manager Reda who always checked that we all had an amazing experience, the great animation team Imad, Eva and Abdel who helped us shake our bodies in the pool and at the bar, the gastronomy staff who even brought us some pillows behind our necks at karaoke night without asking for it, housekeeping and cleaning staff - the setting is just beautiful with the large and long beach, the pool, the design etc. - a large diversity of food and drinks at the different restaurants Try it yourself and you won't regret it at all and will definitely come back! Can't wait to come back! Thanks a lot again to the entire team

Very nice and clean hotel, Since we got there the receptionist Name Hicham was beyond 5 start, professionnel and helpful and He was ansewring to all my questions with no doubt, the team also was perfect, and also was guy Name ayoub in breakfast profesionnel beyong my expectation really i think He love what hes doing thank to the whole team hyatt regency agadir all i can say, Bravo fa i will come back for sure 100 %

Hi All Abdeltif coach is the best personal trainer in Morocco. He helped me with my back stretches and weight training. He also did a great job getting my daughter started training. He also has nice beside manner and is easy to work with. He explains everything slowly and clearly Amazing guy and trainer Paul Stefansson

The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities brilliant, the food amazing but why not a 5, this is merely due to avg and at times below avg service and poor communication alongwith limited food choices for people with intolorences to dairy and gluten. Booking an Ocean Terrace Suite came with no fruit and no mini bar just an empty fridge. I have called this hotel and emailed this hotel several times to ensure they would have vegan/dairy free desserts and gluten free produce and was advised yes by all, only to arrive and nothing available. Also people who work there are out on sync with communication with each other. Whilst I see this as a positive critisim I am sure this is also an opportunity as a learning process. The rooms are lovely, the views if you get a sea view room are exceptional, if you travel with kids there is a kids section, the have a wonderful surf beach and good security. Who ever visits will enjoy this place in Taghazout.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities but staff lack training and service was very poor. Our order was ignored 2 different times at the pool bar and we waited almost 1 hour for service at dinner without even our drinks being served before we left. We had an early breakfast the day of departure and witnessed several birds in the restaurant eating the buffet and pecking at freshly baked pastry's. Surely a health issue...

At the reception, there was the manager Hicham. He was willing to be there for you at any time of the day. And he made sure that you could enjoy your vacation without having to worry about anything.
