Actually we didn’t except this much good facility in this hotel but we got very good facility in this hotel and food was also very good and it’s a good restaurant as well and very good staffs and very good services provide in this hotel……….,,,,,

The room was very spacious. Very comfortable bed and ambience of the room. The room AC was functioning properly, lighting arrangement was good. The hotel has been remodeled off late and the room size has been increased. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

The hotel is good but the main problem is the lack of wifi connectivity and in house restaurants. The location is very good and with an auto stand just in front accessing any place in the city is very easy.

What a great experience at Hotel Rimi international, one of the best hotel at capital city of Tripura, Agartala. Wonder food, amazing hospitality, too good staff behaviour, amazing collection of morning breakfast buffet, what a choices, any star category big city food display, plenty of choices South Indian, Continental, Bengali, Sizzlers at Panorama restaurant, one of the best fine dining restaurant at Agartala city, please enjoy your food with all of your family members, specifically their General Manager, Supratim Mitra, he doing excellent job, about the hotel maintenance and quality of services, always at smilingly face, even their conference hall UTSAV enjoyed our dinner conferences, best of the best hotel at Agartala, I will visit again and again at Hotel Rimi International

Rooms are not well maintained. The hotel is reluctant to accept cards. Serve only veg food. The staffs are courteous. They really need to maintain cleanliness. Initially the owner personnaly supervised everything, but as soon as they started getting guests ,their service went for a toss.

Located at a busy market place hence access to transport etc is very good. Room was OK, be sure to ask for a room with windows. my room had windows closed for some reason but since the stay was in December hence it didn’t matter much. Food etc prices were reasonable over all a budget hotel so don’t expect frills etc. you get what you pay for

It was fine all the way. Food was fine. Staff services were satisfied. Only one thing to be pointed out that my room no 402 was on the top floor, and the water flow was extremely slow and for the same taking shower was a difficult and hand wash in the wash basin was also affected. Regards
