Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms slightly on the small side, but overall a good experience

Very good place to stay, not far from the train station and near to all the places to visit. The staff were excellent an nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a decent size as was the bathroom. Be sure to dine at Ty Mat'Lot, we had great food, good pricing and the owners were wonderful hosts.

Hôtel bien situé à Agen et à bon prix. Les chambres commencent un peu à vieillir par rapport aux Ibis rénovés plus récemment. Ma chambre était de taille acceptable, avec une belle salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner était acceptable.

Hôtel très bien situé. Accueil très agréable. Bonne literie. Mais l'hôtel est vieillot (hormis le rez de chaussée) les moquettes sont sales. Les peintures défraichies. La lumière de la salle de bains fonctionnait un coup sur deux. La porte de la chambre avait été forcée. Étonnant que la chaîne accord laisse un hôtel se dégrader de la sorte...

Pour moi c'était juste une escale d'une nuit après un long trajet. Je me suis bien reposée, la literie était parfaite, la chambre avec le stricte minimum qui m'a suffit, j'aurai bien aimé avoir une petite bouteille d'eau dans ma chambre quand même. Je pense que l'hôtel est bien placé pour les gens qui ont besoin d'animation, de faire du shopping etc etc et découvrir Agen.
