I have never written a hotel review before but based on our exceptional experience, I felt compelled to do so. My husband booked the trip and did most of the research about facilities, timing etc so I did not know what to expect as I have never been to Greece/greek islands before but from the moment I got out of the taxi and saw the beautiful view of the blue water from the resort, I was put at ease. Although we had a tiny setback traveling with our 2 year old who picked something up while traveling, the hotel staff and the manager were so caring and accommodating in every way from calling in a local doctor (who was wonderful in treating all of us) to accommodating special room service meals. We also enjoyed the special gifts room service left us that the other reviews had mentioned. Although I do wish we got to experience more of Mykonos, every view from our room balcony was so breathtaking that we barely ventured out as we didnt want to miss the sunsets and views of the glowing moon. The hotel breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and the service by the pool was also wonderful. Stefanos made our experience perfect which made traveling with our 2 year old (who loved her special robe) feel like a rockstar. After previous experiences at other 5 star resorts in the US, we have learned to wake up early/skip breakfast to get chairs by the pool by 7 am. However our experience here was much more relaxed and therefore enjoyable. I do think that our timing for travel (the week before memorial day weekend) made a difference in our experience as we wanted to avoid traveling around memorial day (when tourist season really begins). We cannot wait to return!

This property is amazing and definitely deserves a 5 star rating. All the staffs are extremely helpful and courteous. The house keeping staffs worked hard to keep our room clean and I think they cleaned our room 3 times a day including turn down services. They left special gifts on our nightstand every night. When we arrived, the hotel reception personnel (Maria) gave us a welcome drink and walked thorough of the property. Special thanks to Maria for always being friendly and helpful. She even upgraded our room. The view of our room was spectacular. The hotel also provided great amenities including hats and tote bag. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and serve us delicious daily delicious breakfast. This was our first destination in Greece. Mykonos Grand Hotel has set a high standard which it’s hard to beat when we visited other places. Will definitely love to come back.

Besdides the beautiful location and pool area, the staff was the friendliest and most accommodating staff I have encountered at a hotel in a while. They truly were an example of how customer service should be. Wonderful stay. Hightly recommend

This is by far the best resort I have ever stayed in, and I’m an avid traveler who has been to several. My friend and I went for my birthday and I have to say - the reviews are true - the service is outstanding. Everyone here moves so quickly to accommodate you and make sure you are well taken care of, and don’t even get me started on the wide variety of amenities, the private beach, the food…the ocean view! We received complimentary champagne upon walking in and I got the sweetest handwritten note and bottle of wine (surprise) on my birthday! Bummer we meant to pack the bottle with us and never got to - but overall would definitely come back. Only thing I would say is that the prices for lunch and dinner are very expensive (but this is in Mykonos, that’s what you’d expect.) We also loved that it is far enough from the town to not hear the parties all night, but close enough to where you can get to town in 8-10 minutes by taxi/ car service the reception can call for you. If you’re visiting Mykonos I highly highly recommend this resort be top of your list it’s top rated for a reason!!

Please know we are well traveled and quite discerning. Don't think twice about booking this hotel! The service, food, views, architecture, and amenities are incredible. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Maria at check in gave us a warm welcome and fantastic tour. The property is large and spread out over several floors/terraces. Not for someone having issues walking. They have elevators and stairs for one to choose... We were upgraded to a suite which had incredible views, two bathrooms, a private pool and lounge area, and a private door leading us quickly to the private beach. The buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious, the service at the restaurant spot on. The staff at this hotel are happy and wanting to please. The concierge helped us with taxi's, dinner reservations, and even getting us a doctor within 1.5 hours when my husband came down with a deep chest cold. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. We can't wait to return with our kids-

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE!! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left this hotel and ALL its staff continued to impress us massively. The room/it’s amenities and the view were all first class. The breakfast experience was again top class along with all the staff and the choices all of a very high standard. The private beach was perfect and just how we like it, quiet and secluded and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. You can see why this place has won awards recently as everything is as close to perfect as you can get. Well done to the Management and all the staff for presenting the hotel so well! We will definitely be back next year!
