This was our second visit to this hotel, having got engaged here 1 year earlier. We stayed for 2 weeks, and we just cannot think of a bad word to say! We arrived very late, 10pm, and before they checked us in the reception staff phoned down to the restaurant and we were whisked away to eat at the a-la-carte Mirabello as they were still open, with our full all inclusive rights even though we didn't even have our room number yet! The hotel is set in the most beautiful bay, the views from the sunbed terrace just never get boring! The rooms are clean and modern, with plenty of space. We had a swim-up room the first time, but the pool was so cold we only used it once so didn't bother this time. We got upgraded when the hotel heard it was our honeymoon and ended up staying in a suite, which was just incredible! Beautiful views from both balconies. The communal areas are always clean and tidy, and everything is so relaxed. The beach is small, but there is the terrace and the "jetty" with plenty of sun beds, and we never struggled to get a bed, even going down mid-morning. The nature of the location means there are steps down to the beach, which we would imagine would be tricky for someone less mobile. Reception is a grand scene to walk into! The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. The pool area also has plenty of beds; we didn't spend much time here as we preferred being by the sea (and the pools are considerably colder than the sea!), but using the pool negates the need to navigate the steps down to the beach area. There are activities going on here which can be bookked via the Tui Blue App, but we didn't use these very much, my husband spent quite a lot of time learning Scuba Diving with the brilliant guys based on site, which he really enjoyed and thoroughly recommends. The food never disappointed, and my husband is quite food-orientated! We used the main buffet restaurant, which always had plenty of choice and we never left feeling disappointed or that it was lacking. The only downside we felt was that you don't get shown to a table; you find a seat and wait for someone to notice you to come and take your drinks order. The beach bar was good for lunches, quite a bit is extra on top of all-inclusive, but there is plenty that is included. The Mirabella a-la-carte is set overlooking the bay, the most beautiful location, and the food is delicious. Again, some meals are extra to all-inclusive, but agian, there was plenty of choice included that we didn't feel hard done by! We had a couple of lunches and evening meals here. We visited the Culinarium this time, and we were blown away by it. It is located in the gardens, and is so peaceful with the most delightful atmosphere. The food was delicious, quite different to the Mirabella in that it's more of a grill than seafood. I actually preferred the Culinarium for the all round experience. We have seen reviews that say how much isn't included in the All-Inclusive package. It is true that "high-end"
