Nice and relaxed experience. The newly builded hotel has a very nice atmosphere, staff is very friendly and smiling. Massage at the SPA with Chrisa was wonderful. She is a very professionnel and lovely person. I came out with a big smile and relaxed as searched. Hopefully they keep this place as nicely planted by giving water and taking care of all the installations. Good place to be!

My partner and I recently stayed at Elounda Infinity Exclusive Resort & Spa and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, from the reception to the cleaning team. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, both in the common areas and our room. It was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. One highlight of our stay was a prenatal massage with Katerina at the spa. It was incredibly relaxing and just what I needed. Katerina was professional and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the massage. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to unwind and relax. The overall experience was very positive, and the staff's attentiveness made our stay memorable. We see great potential in this hotel and are confident that it can truly shine as a top-tier resort. Thank you to everyone at Elounda Infinity Exclusive Resort & Spa for a lovely stay. I had an appointment with Katerina in the spa of the hotel, I was very happy with her, a truly professional beautician, very nice atmosphere and the service was amazing she have a very beautiful energy. I recommend her. I will visit her for sure again

Amazing resort for relaxing. The Spa treatment is excellent and staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming. The view is breathtaking and the food is excellent. Definitely one of the best resorts and spa I've ever been to. Definitely recomend.

The spa experience with Mrs Chrisa and Mrs Katerina was wonderful We had aromatherapy massage. We left from the spa with a big smile on our faces and completely relaxed Don't miss to give a gift in yourselves during your stay. The hotel was brand new and well decorated and equipped Very nice view to Spinaloga island

Been there as a couple for a week. Little getaway without having planned any trips or trails. The overall look of the hotel is very stylish with modern accommodations. The interior is very aesthetic. We had a room with balcony and whirlpool and half sided sea view. Room was clean, bathroom spacious with rain shower, bed comfortable. Nothing to complain :) The stuff, no matter if cleaning or at the restaurants being super friendly and eager to help. Pool is large enough to have a little swim and cool down. 10-12 sunbeds are provided around it. Breakfast was always tasty with different sorts of egg dishes, fruits and many more. Cappuccino was good as well and it a superb view watching over the bay. WiFi is fast and they provide German tv (ARD/ZDF) which was a benefit, especially during the European championships. Bit down the road you can rent a boat to visit some nice spots. We enjoyed it a lot. Another highlight was the facial treatment - Vitamin C - with Chrisa. Looked 5 years younger afterwards. Got also a nice back and shoulder massage inbetween. Absolute recommendation! So overall… I would book it again.

We have just returned from a week at Elounda Infinity Exclusive Resort & Spa, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful room, furnished with great taste, with a breathtaking sea view from our private pool. The breakfast buffet was extensive and well presented, with more than enough choice, with drinks served at the table. The dinner, which was served as a buffet, was a culinary experience of high quality, with all freshly made dishes, with a different theme every evening. Our sincere compliments to the executive chef! The service was excellent, both at breakfast and during dinner, and always aimed at making all guests feel good. What really struck us was the friendliness and helpfulness of all employees in the hotel. The housekeeping, technicians, receptionists, kitchen staff, waiters, bartender, manager, all continuously went above and beyond to provide us with a great experience. Great views from our room and from our hot tub! A bit of a walk up the hill to get to it, but not too bad and we occasionally got a lift in the hotel golf cart! Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. It is a brand new hotel, but any teething problems had been ironed out before our stay! The balconies in some rooms are a bit overlooked (either by passing guests/staff, or from other rooms) but ours was fine - if this is important to you, then message the property to request a more private room. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was good and changed from day to day; it had a 'live cooking station' but this did not seem to offer much in the evenings - good for omelettes at breakfast though.. Elounda itself is nicely situated opposite Spinalonga island. A car is advisable, but their carpark is only just big enough!
