The hotel have few issue, i mean they don't have hot water facility and floor mate is dirty and torned, so need improvement.

Toilet is dirty and flush is not working. There are many mosquitos in the room and allout is not given by hotel staff.

Staff is good. Location is good. Three time experience 24 hours service. Day duty manager, Amit good person. Near Taj Mahal 24 hours convince hotel is very clean condition, condition, sanitiser mask hot and cold water. Every time

Believe everything you read about this charming hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and i hope to return. The location is perfect, our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a terrace! wow. The staff is wonderfully patient and helpful (don't think any of them ever sleep. Wish i could of stayed longer - next time

I never saw this type of poor hotel. It's too much dirty. Bedsheet, pillows, blanket can't be use. My son got rash using pillow
