Some Horrible food items. Especially for such a high end hotel. The Monte Cristo was made cheap and like a kids sandwich. The "grilled chicken" was hardly that. It was remicrowaved frozen chicken that barely looked grilled and was thin chewy peices. You could actually hear the food being chewed because it was so gummy. Otherwise... Great rooms. Good drinks. All the nice spa amenities are separate, surprise! Staff service was good. Who wants to spend a night at a nice place and not be able to eat the food tho?

Arrived at 5:30 am.
We asked to leave our luggage at front desk personnel.
Clerk took our luggage and placed them in a private room.
We came back at 6:00 from calvillo ags. When I opened my personal luggage I noticed my dolce & habana sunglasses were missing from the new box.
I asked the manager about what happened but he said to me that all personal are very honest.
After that I didn’t say anything because of the intimidation.
Definitely not coming back or any of my family.
I booked two rooms and also, 4 other families were in this hotel because of a wedding.
I just didn’t want any trouble with anybody of the stuff and I let that go.
I have my sunglasses receipt from Nordstrom $370 dollars.
Not fair to lose thst money.
To me receptionist was responsible for my luggage since they had it for more than 12 hours before we got to the hotel.

El hotel va a ser muy bonito dentro de dos años. Tuvimos una buena estancia. El personal es muy atento y servicial, pero al hotel le faltan muchos detalles para ser un hotel
Boutique de lujo. 1. La distribución de los contactos en el cuarto. 2. Los ganchos del clóset son corrientes 3. La cafetera no tiene cápsulas de Nespresso son cápsulas genéricas 4. Las toallas son de mala calidad igual que la bata. 5. Prometen un desayuno gourmet, sin embargo lo incluido solo son chilaquiles muy promedio. 6. Hay detalles como la antena de la televisión que están mostrándose. 7. Faltan enchufes en el baño. 8. La alberca no estaba funcionando y no estaba operando el gimnasio ni ningún otra área.
Creo que mejorando esos detalles puede llegar a ser un gran hotel.

El hotel es muy bonito y muy bien decorado. La atención del personal es excelente, todos muy atentos. Sin embargo, hay áreas de mejora importantes: en la pagina del hotel señalan que las habitaciones tienen microondas y no es cierto; las toallas están viejas y algunas nos tocaron deshilachadas; el servicio del restaurante es muuuuy lento (más de una hora de espera para que nos dieran una cajaita de cereal para los niños ) y el internet de la habitación no lo pudieron arreglar por dos días seguidos hasta que nosotros tuvimos que hacerlo por nuestra propia cuenta. En la propiedad están haciendo remodelaciones y en los terrenos contiguos construyendo y hay demasiado polvo.

No disfruté para nada mi estancia, pensé que el concepto era de relajación y el personal no tiene criterio, ni sentido de servicio. Hay una construcción a un lado y el ruido te despierta desde temprano, para poder disfrutar de las amenidades tienes que comprar el paquete completo y si alguien pagó un paquete mejor que el tuyo te piden que te retires de la amenidad para que ese cliente disfrute de privacidad. Honestamente no vuelvo.

La villa estaba sucia, los muebles viejos y rotos. Cuando llegamos había varios focos fundidos, no tenían pila los controles de los AC y no servía el refri. Se le acabo la pila al sensor de la puerta de la habitación y estuvo desgastante por que no la cambiaron y cuando llegábamos no podíamos abrir.
La villa está en un estado muy diferente que los otros cuartos del hotel. Muy descuidada, sucia y vieja.
Están en remodelación por lo qué hay ruido de la construcción y trabajadores haciendo ruido cantando etc.
