Tri Koggala is a fantastic and quiet place in the middle of the jungle. The service is amazing! The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. 10 min drive to the beach by Tuk Tuk. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Hopefully we will be coming back. // Simon and Caroline

You sometimes find hotels that are just perfect and Tri by Koggala is surely one of them. From the entrance we understood that this is a very peaceful property that is away from the Noice and business of the towns. We were greeted with great smiles and everyone was so nice to us. I came with my wife to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff was extra kind to allow us even early check-in. I had read from the reviews that the food was amazing and I was still surprised at how delicious the food was. Every bite was splendid and we will surely miss this food. We also went on a fabulous boat ride around the islands and the staff accompanied us were very good with their explanations. The next day morning was my birthday and the hotel staff had done an amazing decoration near the lake which allowed us to take some stunning birthday pictures. We took many pictures around the property and had the best birthday celebration possible. My wife accidentally broke a glass and we offered to pay for it but the staff was so nice to say no and allowed us to stay past our regular 11 checkout time as well just for us to enjoy the day a bit more. I am extremely delighted that I picked Tri by Koggala for my birthday and will surely visit this serene place again soon. It's a must visit place in Sri Lanka for the view and the hospitality.

After days of touring in Sri Lanka, we ended up in this little Paradise! If you would like to stay in a beautiful, quiet place, surrounded by exquisite nature, and with delicious food, you would love this hotel as we did. It is quiet yet has all the facilities you could want, including an amazing infinity pool, a library, and a gym. The staff are kind and helpful, and we took a wonderful cooking course and then ate a 4 course lunch under an ancient banyan tree. We will definitely return to this Paradise.

This hotel was perfect. Private bungalows with incredible views, stunning infinity pool overlooking the sublime koggola lake, delicious meals, immaculate service, amazing double expressos, a fascinating boat tour on the lake, and all being very good value for money. The staff could not have been more helpful, and made our stay incredibly enjoyable.

I faced several issues during my stay, which initially made it uncomfortable. However, the new General Manager, Mr. Dinesh, was extremely professional and helpful. He listened to my concerns carefully, took immediate action, and ensured that all problems were resolved efficiently. His proactive approach and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Unlike many managers who simply offer apologies, he provided real solutions and followed up personally to make sure everything was in order. Thanks to his efforts, my stay became much more pleasant. With his leadership, I believe this hotel is in great hands.
