If I could give a minus rate I would. I don’t normally swear but they should change the name to lake toilet hole. The rooms they showed us, none had a working shower. We asked for a room change but seems like they had given the rooms for people who paid the most even though we had book our room in June. Customer service was none existent. Mould everywhere bed had hairs in them. Bedsheets looked stained and dirty. The didn’t even provide towels for the rooms.
