The staff was empathetic and went beyond the call of duty to make our stay comfortable. Special mention to Rita, who relentlessly coordinated our rooms despite a full hotel during the IPL Playoffs chaos. Rita is someone who does not treat her role as a mere job - she takes service to another level of customer delight while managing expectations. Kudos to her. Also, the bell boy (mute) was the ever smiling sunshine of hope every time we crossed paths with him. Thank you for hiring such gems, LemonTree.

The best thing I liked about this hotel is they have many deaf and mute employees working for them. This people are very kind and willing to help us. Especially Mr Kamlesh Gediya from the front office was very helpful to my grandfather. I stay with my grandparents in this nice hotel for 3 days My grandfather is partially handicapped mr Kamlesh was always there to help and housekeeping Ms sharda and other guy was also very helpful and kind to us. Other than that food was also good room was comfortable we enjoyed our stay I will definitely come hear again and recommend this hotel to others as well.

Excellent service by house keeping. The food is awesome. The staff is also very cooperative. If you are planning to visit Ahmedabad then do visit this hotel to experience the best services and the best ambience. There is one drawback that balcony is not given in the rooms so it becomes a bit difficult to dry clothes.

Had a wonderful stay for my whole trip. Food was good & a lot of choices available in the buffet. Front desk was very helpful, facilities were nice. Housekeeping was very good & housekeepers Mr. Kamlesh & Mrs Sharda did a very nice job throughout my stay.

It was good event that was held with a good support staff specially Bikram & Utpal who helped us and giving us the best service to us. So thank u so much we had a great time. The property was so neat and clean and the staff was so corporative and studd by us thorough out the whole event for 2 days

Ms Sharda Rathore from house keeping has an infectious smile and she is very courteous. She goes extra mile and greets guest with a smile . The food was also very good . Hotel is near bridge and easy connectivity. Bed was clean . Will stay again in future .

I stayed in Lemon Tree Premier Atrium Ahmedabad for a long term. the hotel staff is very sweet and kind. Vineeta was very helpful and is very kind. She and also the other staff at the hotel are able to accommodate requests made by us in a short span of time.
