I checked in on Dec 3rd. There was hardly any guest in the hotel. I was given room 102. The room was filthy, Bedding was old cotton mattresses. Possible Bed Bugs infestation too. Bathroom was filthy with mold and yellow stain. A/C was broken and did not work at all. I immediately went to ***ager and requested refund or another room. I had paid 50 % advance deposit (Rs 9800 = USD $ 110) for five-night stays. After few arguments and initial denial, I was given room # 302. This room had a proper bedding, but bathroom was same way with mold issue. Room was dusty with unfinished poorly done sheet rock without any finish. I did not have choice but to spend the night there. Could not sleep as the traffic noise was unbearable. Next day I woke up and went to Breakfast buffet. There was no breakfast buffet available. I was told by kitchen staff that when there are fewer than seven guest ***agement does not set up buffet. I talked to ***ager and told him that I am not happy and would like to have refund except one night. I made another arrangement. ***ager told me that he does not control refund, Owner has to approve refund. I waited for Owner and checked out on time. Owner showed up. Owner was nothing but a greedy goon and did not provide me any refund for unused stay. In short, this is not even a one-star hotel, all employees and staff were afraid of the owner including GM. Please stay away from this Hotel. DO NOT BOOK OR PAY ANY DEPOSIT. I LOST $ 100 plus and one night sleep.
