Me and my wife stay at the hotel one night.
Nice people and very good food in the restaurant. For sure we will be back

Stayed at this hotel for one night as we were unable to find space in Hamburg proper. Having tried it I would love to come again for a proper visit, as we only saw the beautiful castle nearby on our way out. Rooms were quite comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices, but we got the impression from the hotel's website that it was included in the room rate, but it turns out we had to pay extra. Checking in took quite some time as the receptionist had our keys mixed up with others.

Really nice and cosy hotel just 20 km outside of Hamburg. Rooms are very nice and the interior is modern and restaurant and bar is perfect for en 1-2 days and more. Parking in the area is possible but not many places at the Hotel, but then possible to park under the hotel for 10 euro, and this is at little to much. Everything else is nice

I was a business traveler staying here for a week. I loved it here. The room was really quiet, and I slept really well. Breakfast was second to none. The freshly squeezed OJ was great. It did have an elevator if that is a concern for you. Also very close to the main square and not a long walk to the train station. I would stay here again if I had the chance. Really lovely charming hotel.

Easy accessible from the Autobahn, great service from the staff, secure parking, the restaurant serves both delicious dinner and a great breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a cute little town. Nice and modern hotel with a large family room. Great food in the restaurant. - 8€ parking in a closed garage.

Because of tire failure on Autobahn we had to stay in Ahrensburg waiting for new tire from Munich. Our stay at Schloss hotel was awesome with great service and solving our problem with acommodity because of the car problem. Really good service and worth an detour.
