bon hotel, avec bon rapport qualité prix.
j'ai eu un soucis dans la chambre, la personne de l’accueil a tout de suite pris note de ma demande, et tout a été réglé dans la journée. bonne réactivité du personnel.

Un peu cher pour la prestation meme il y a une piscine et on est dans le sud. J’avais un peu peur au vu des commentaires mais l’appartement était propre et correct. Rien à. Dire à part un accueil le soir pas très agréable et un prélèvement non prévu.

Arrivé à 23 h chambre pas faites Lit non fait poubelles non vidées salle de bain lamentable des serviettes sales sur le sol paume de douche cassée sans compter les poils et cheveux dans la baignoire Le lendemain matin quand on va à la réception aucune excuses bien au contraire Pas de plateau au petit déjeuner on me dit que j’ai qu’a attendre que les autres clients terminent C’est un honte d’avoir un établissement pareil Voici les photos quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre

Quelques points forts : la climatisation qui fonctionne plutôt bien, la localisation de la résidence. Par contre le logement était sale à notre arrivée : j'ai été le signaler à l'accueil (vitres, toilettes, odeur de tabac et sol poussiéreux !) : on nous a répondu désolé nous sommes en sous effectif sans autre solution... Et impossible d'avoir un aspirateur car il n'y a tout simplement pas ! De plus très peu d'accessoires dans le logement. Et quelques surprises en plus : pas de prise dans le logement du micro-onde, une seule poêle très sale et la piscine fermée en fin de séjour car soit disant un organisme est passé et l'eau n'était pas dans les normes. Bref sauf grand programme de rénovation, nous chercherons une autre résidence si nous revenons dans le coin.

Parfait le service et bien la réception rien à dire franchement si bien toute l équipe se sont s s'impatiqe le petit déjeuner et bien la sale de fitness le piscine très bien et le calme si autre chose
