Our TGV train arrived in Aix an hour late, and the wonderful woman at the front desk did not bat an eye at having to stay late to check us in. She was very helpful with recommendations for the city. Unfortunately, as we had been traveling for 22 hours, we did not take any. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are intimate, but the price is incredibly reasonable for the convenient location and great air conditioning - if you are looking for a five-star hotel, you'll have to go pay for a five-star hotel. We had a great time and will stay here again when we return to Aix.

Petit hôtel exigu, vétuste et difficile d'accès mais bien situé par rapport au centre historique. Un jeune réceptionniste MATHIAS, très attentionné, souriant et érudit y enluminura votre séjour. Suffisant pour une courte durée.

Accueil fort sympathique, hôtel bien pour un week-end ou séjour court car chambre exiguë. Propreté moyenne (un peu de poussière). Isolement acoustique très faible Situé à proximité d’un parking et situé non loin des places connues (à proximité des commerces…) Je recommande.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du centre-ville dans un joli environnement. Certes les chambres sont petites mais la literie est neuve et tout est très propre. L’accueil est très agréable et il y a beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. Une belle découverte pour une ville où les hôtels sont souvent très chers.

A commencer par le 4ieme sans ascenseur Pour continuer salle de bain minuscule television a voir avec un stetoscope cuvette des toilettes encore a desafecter lampe de la lumière file electrique apparant et je vous parle pas du prix 89 euro petit déjeuner avec les pots a confitures vides monsieur vous me prendrez pas deux fois vous êtes en manque de client ou vous faites votre metier par interêt .

Très mauvais accueil, autoritaire, exigeant un pass sanitaire alors que celui ci n est pas obligatoire dans les hôtels. Je lui montre mais il n a pas le matériel pour le lire.il veut le document complet avec date de naissance et nom. Je refuse car cela est assimilé à un contrôle d identité. Finalement je peux accéder à ma chambre. Cette dernière mériterait un coup de neuf, propreté douteuse, eau tiède pour la douche. Par contre, très bien située, et responsable du petit déjeuner très aimable.
