we booked a night at this place for our arrival in Aix en Provence. There was nobody at the property and no answer from the phone number provided. We waited 2 hours in a bar opposite - the owners telling on that other travellers had experienced exactly the same thing. Then we had to book into much more expensive accommodation as there was almost nothing available. We had a refund but no apology. My advice is not to book this property as the owners have a bad reputation for letting travellers down - maybe you appreciate how stressful that can be and I see other reviews echo this opinion
