Bel établissement dans l'ensemble. Pourtant pour un hôtel de ce standing il y a des choses à revoir tel que l'amabilité de certaines personnes du personnel. Le service qui n'est parfois pas a la hauteur de prix demandé et l'état des terrasses dans les chambres. On gardera un bon souvenir mes les 5 étoiles ne sont pas aux rendez vous.

Very disappointing experience with a 4-star hotel. Not family friendly. Lots of waiting time for the room to be ready on arrival. Waited 45minutes for it. The swimming pool is not for 16 and below. It is ridiculous. We were advised to go to the pool at Ibis next door. Requested an extra bed and baby bed but end up receptionist telling me there is no space in the room. It is a really spacious room I would say. Please put in some effort into your attention to customers. The double shower should be a fantastic experience but ended up à flooding bathroom. No shower curtain, water cannot be drained quickly as both are in use. Lack of division between the wet and dry shower area. (Asked for shower curtain but there was none. Then why is there a pole?) Massage was very average but pricy. 60€ for 30minutes which I was to to wait. Which took me 12minutes late to start. Lots and lots of waiting time in this hotel by the time we step in. Waited long to have a room. Waited long to have massage session started. Waited long for food in restaurant. (Please refer to my comment into Restaurant bioz) Mini gym, highly restricted swimming pool, water leaking shower. We are here for a lovely holiday but loads of time taken up just to wait things to happen. Won’t be returning at all.

I had a one night stay and had a very spacious room with a balcony, which was comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant was excellent, extremely good value for the high quality of the food. Buffet breakfast also was very good. Staff were friendly. Spacious grounds in a good location and it all added up to an enjoyable visit. The guest wifi needs improving.

Stayed here one night. Privilege rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bed very luxurious. Breakfast was OK, without being special. Restaurant is overpriced for what it is for dinner and the service was mixed, waitress very friendly and helpful, but the impression was of understaffing.

Pour un 4 étoiles, beaucoup de négligences. Nous sommes un couple de jeunes amoureux venus passer un week-end. Hélas, il y avait une porte dans notre chambre qui donnait sur la chambre voisine. Mal insonorisée puisque nous avons entendu fort bien les voisins. Très désagréable. Voilà deux chambres qui doivent être parfaites pour un couple et des enfants mais inadaptées pour un couple d'amoureux qui ne veut pas forcément partager l'intimité avec le voisinage. Autre bémol : le petit déjeuner. Il serait agréable d'avoir du bacon sans avoir à le demander trois fois... Un séjour agréable est fait de petits détails. Pour notre part, nous avons été déçus et ne reviendrons plus.

Excellent endroit pour se ressourcer et se reposer. Personnel agréable, grand parc avec piscine et plusieurs espaces sympa. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec grande salle de bains et un Wc séparé. Des armoires de rangement, de l'espace et un balcon!

2e visite en quelques semaines. Les chambres sont grandes, aérées, propres, le balcon est agréable (pas de vue sur les chambres voisines). Le côté parc est plus agréable que le côté route (même si l'insonorisation des chambres est bonne) ; il correspond aux chambres paires. Hammam très grand qui aurait besoin d'entretien (des carreaux manquants et d'autres descellés). Piscine intérieure agréable, car délaissée par les clients (qui préfèrent s'entasser dans le jacuzzi ou la piscine chauffée extérieure). Salle de fitness vieilissante (il faudrait penser à entretenir les machines qui rouillent du fait de la proximité avec le spa). Petit déjeuner trop répétitif (tous les jours absolument les mêmes prestations) ; manque de fruits frais (soit trop durs, soit en fin de vie, pas de bananes juste pommes, kiwis et oranges), pas de légumes, charcuterie de qualité médiocre (épaule plutôt que jambon blanc, uniquement accompagné de jambon cru), ainsi que les jus de fruits. Fromages fades. Grand parking gratuit et sécurisé. Compter 20 minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville à pied.

5eme voyage depuis 2018, plutôt bien...Très beau cadre, belles chambres, calme, piscine + hammam + jacuzzi bien sauf très plein les samedi! Toujours le même souci quand on veut déjeuner midi sur place carte minimaliste!! Un grand merci à la Responsable de la Réception qui arrange TOUT! Sans elle par contre nécessité d'une forte remise à niveau pour l'amabilité avec la clientèle + compétence... Le Directeur Invisible!!
