It had good experience during my stay at the hotel. The hospitality is very nice. Hotel staffs are very humble and have pleasing personality.

Rooms stink. Service was very slow. I ordered hot chocolate and it was luke warm not hot when it reached my room. Chocolate was too much and less of milk in it. For the first time in my life i encountered hot and sour veg soup with oil. No kitchen for 24 hrs. Kitchen operation only for limited time. Toiletries' are not of any great quality. Water ran out of tap one night.

I’ve been to mizoram for the first time, so my priority was transport accessibility to travel everywhere. And there is a taxi stand just a minute away from the hotel. And there are various buses as well which run throughout the day. The staff were helpful and the hospitality is amazing! they can speak in english and hindi too if you have a difficulty in speaking/understanding mizo. The executive suite was wonderful and its exactly as advertised by the hotel. Would definitely recommend it to people who want comfort ***** with ease of travel.
