Good hotel with good arrangements, cooperative behaviour of Staff, mentionable Mr. Prem Singh 's service seems very good to me. Rooms are good, food and cleanliness is there. Altogether it was a nice experience.

Location is just perfect. Check in was smooth. Front office staff is polite and professional. Room is spacious and well maintained. Room service is prompt. In house veg restaurant is great. Overall experience was great and recommend for next stay. Great team. Best wishes

Regenta is always a best hospitality brand Rooms are really nice , love the hospitality sujan Ganguly GM of gurgaun came from his reference but now everywhere we book this property only ..got timely Wake up calls that was the best part too

Very unhygienic and unclean hotel and rooms. Carpets and dirty, bathrooms are unclean. The photos are deceiving. When you reach the hotel you can see the real picture. The staff are only interested in tips and they are very rude if you dont tip them.

Hotel is good. The people there are also very good Rooms and bathrooms are clean. They have good location which is accessible to all the attractions. Parking is a bit problem but they ***age it well. Room and front desk service needs a complete makeover. There is a problem in contacting them through intercom so u need rush to reception in person everytime. Once ordered foods like green salad also takes 40 mins to be served. Breakfast menu was good but again they run short of things and u have to wait for long times. To the best of my knowledge they have very good people but number of people is not enough l.
