Staff is very good, kitchen is neat and clean, food is very tasty, good value for complimentary offers, reception is excellent. Near to the great dhargha. Room is neat clean hygiene

Smell from bathroom. Renovation work going on due to which room was filled with paint smell. Food was good … service was good. Nice people.. very close to dargah sharif

My experience in royal palace hotel was very good and food they prepare in restaurant was awesome and fast food value for money I suggest every one who visit Ajmer come stay in royal palace their amenities is excellent

Hotel is average. Cleanliness is poor. Not cleaned washroom or service. Food as complimentary was not worth no proper choice. And no choice of starters or sweet. Menu of complimentary is different with regular menu. The room were booked prior so that we can enjoy our stay but day 1 room was given backside with no window as said it was full. Moreover cash amount had to pay for my breakfast. Disappointed by mm t as i am gold member and i prefer all my bookings with mm t. Disappointed

If you are looking for a decent room then go for it. Near to Dargah Sharif and food of hotel is also good in taste.

Most dirty rooms. Not approachable from road. All facilities are fasellly reported. such dirty hotel rated as star 3. Having no accessibility.
